You can subscribe via the DITO App.
- Log in to the DITO App using your credential
- Click “App Subscription” in the homepage and choose your preferred subscription
- Enter your email address to receive a voucher code
- Await confirmation message of your successful purchase
Do I need to have regular load?
Yes, you need to have regular load to purchase any subscription or in-app items.
My DITO promo and/or load has expired, will that affect my subscription?
No, the expiry of your promo or load will not affect your subscription.
I’ve entered an incorrect mobile number. Will my purchase still push through?
No, your purchase will not push through. Before you can activate the OTT subscription you will need to confirm the purchase using a confirmatory OTP.
Do I need a DITO-compatible phone to avail of a subscription?
You may avail a subscription on a non-compatible phone; however, a DITO-compatible phone will allow you to maximize all the DITO features and elevate your digital experience.
Can my subscriptions expire?
Yes, your subscriptions can expire. The expiry of your subscription depends on the terms and conditions of the entertainment partners.
How will I know if I have successfully purchased a subscription?
You will receive a confirmatory message via the DITO APP, SMS, and email.
Can I gift a subscription to a friend?
Yes, you can give a subscription to a friend, but you need to purchase it through your DITO account first.
Can I subscribe to an OTT subscription via DITO Experience Stores and other sales channels?
You may only subscribe using your DITO APP. However, we will make this service available on more channels in the future.
How much data will I consume if I watch a movie?
Watching a movie will consume around 1000 MB per hour (SD) | 3000 MB per hour (HD).
