How many devices can I use my Blast TV login ID/pwd
- A user can login to as many devices as he wishes. However, usage of BLASTTV is only limited to 2 simultaneous streaming.
- For Premium packages, it may be extended to 3 simultaneous streaming.
How can I improve my viewing experience?
- Viewing quality is influenced by a number of factors, including:
- Your Internet Service Provider’s speed, latency and any data cap it may have. Check with your ISP for proper advice.
- The performance of your device using BLASTTV must have the hardware and software required by the App Store where you have downloaded the App.
- Note WIFI interferences and household user density. Avoid physical interference between your device and your ISP’s router or your extended personal

- Open Android TV BLASTTV App and click Sign-in
- Login on the Android Mobile App and enter the AndroidTV 6-digit key.
How can I manage my account and monitor my balance?
- Using DITO 5G network, you may access free content by going to the DITO App on your Android and iOS mobile.
- Go and select any content and stream with minimal to zero consumption on your mobile data wallet. *Zero-rating against DITO mobile data wallet is on the data-heavy video and audio packets. Certain items such as thumbnails may consume a user’s mobile data.
- Watch BLASTTV Content inside the DITO App. This does not need BLASTTV login ID.

I see advertisements every time I play a movie or a channel. How can I remove those ads?
- Content is provided for free under your DITO 5G network. Advertisements are included.
- Removal of advertisements will require you to login as a BLASTTV user through https://BLASTTV.PH or BLASTTV MobileApp and subscribe to the service via Credit Card or GCash.
- You may also purchase 30-day vouchers for premium content with no advertisements on DITO App.
How do I access movie titles and channels that are padlocked?
- You may access padlocked content by purchasing 30-day vouchers on DITO App. We have:
- P179 that gives access to all Video on-Demand (except Rentals) and channels: MTV90, MTV Live and Dreamworks.
- P199 gives the same set of Video on-demand but includes the premium Setanta Sports channel.
- By purchasing vouchers for content access, advertisements are no longer available.
