DITO Auto Pay is a convenience feature that allows you to continuously enjoy your monthly DITO Level-Up Packs without having to manually resubscribe to an offer monthly or upon exhausting your data allowance. This feature automatically renews your data pack 24 hours prior to the expiration of your subscription or when you reach the 500MB threshold, depending on your chosen option.

All DITO subscribers can enroll to DITO Auto Pay via the DITO APP.

You can enroll to DITO Auto Pay via the DITO APP upon promo subscription.

  • Log in to DITO App using your credential
  • Click "Buy/Manage Promo" in the homepage and choose your preferred promo.
  • Select "Subscribe to Auto Pay" in the purchase options and choose your preferred Auto Pay option. You may choose both options and whichever comes first triggers renewal.
  • Select your preferred payment method.
  • Await confirmation message of your successful Auto Pay subscription

DITO Auto Pay allows you to enjoy a hassle-free uninterrupted DITO mobile experience with continuous data pack subscription. You will also receive bonus mobile data for successful auto-renewal. Additionally, you are always in control because you can change or cancel your DITO Auto Pay settings until 48 hours prior to the renewal of your current subscription.

DITO Auto Pay payments are automatically deducted from your load balance, local mastercard and visa credit and debit cards. Just ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account for a more convenient experience.

There is no lock-in period for DITO Auto Pay. You may enable or disable DITO Auto Pay enrollment without any fees anytime until 48 hours prior to the renewal of your current subscription.

Any unused data allowance will be rolled over to the next subscription upon successful auto-renewal. The validity of your rolled-over data adjust based on the expiration of your renewed plan.

DITO Auto Pay subscriptions can be changed via the DITO APP until 48 hours prior to the renewal of your current subscription.

DITO Auto Pay subscriptions can be canceled via the DITO APP until 48 hours prior to the renewal of your current subscription.

  • Await confirmation message of your successful Auto pay subscription cancellation

Option to change your DITO Auto Pay subscription will be temporarily disabled until your DITO Auto Pay subscription renews. Once your DITO Auto Pay subscription renews, you may try again to modify your settings but changes will take effect upon the next auto-renewal date.

Once you have fully consumed your data allowance, you will not be able to access data until you purchase another data pack. By default, your DITO Auto Pay subscription will automatically renew 24 hours prior to the expiration of your plan. You also have an option to set the auto-renewal upon reaching the 500MB data threshold for a more convenient experience. You can modify this setting via your DITO APP.

Yes, you can share your data allowance from your DITO Auto Pay subscription. You can share your data via your DITO APP or MyDITO account for free! You are allowed to share a minimum of 50MB per transaction with a maximum of 5 transactions per day.

You can only avail one (1) DITO Auto Pay subscription within your account.

Currently, you can only avail a DITO Auto Pay subscription for your own DITO mobile number.

Your payment for DITO Auto Pay will be deducted from your load balance real time. An SMS notification will be sent for both successful and unsuccessful payments.

If you have insufficient load balance in your account, your DITO Auto Pay subscription renewal will not push through. When this happens, you will be notified for the unsuccessful auto-renewal. Your DITO Auto Pay subscription will be temporarily suspended if you have insufficient load balance upon the expiration of your subscription and you will have 30 days to top-up a sufficient amount. Once your account has a sufficient load balance, your DITO Auto Pay subscription will automatically reactivate.

After the expiration of your DITO Auto Pay subscription, you will have 1 day to top-up and continue enjoying DITO Auto Pay. If your account fails to auto-renew within 1 day of expiration, your DITO Auto Pay enrollment will be automatically cancelled.

Yes, just avail any of the following promos via the DITO APP and select DITO Auto Pay as a payment option upon check-out.

The DITO APP Booster Packs are add-on data packages designed to give you access to apps most relevant to your needs.

The Live It App Booster Pack includes Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter, Lazada, Shopee, and Kumu.

The Play It App Booster Pack includes Vivamax, WeTV, YouTube, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, Facebook, Messenger, Tiktok, PUBG, and Netflix.

The DITO APP Booster Packs are priced at P50. It can be a stand-alone data package or an add-on to DITO Level-Up Packs.

If you are subscribed to a DITO Level-Up Pack, the DITO APP Booster Pack's validity will end at the same time as your DITO Level-Up Pack or 7 days after subscription, whichever is longer. It comes with 7GB app-specific access + 1GB open access data.

If you don't have any active DITO Level-Up Pack subscription with your current prepaid number, you can choose to subscribe to a 7-day pack: 7GB app-specific access + 1GB open access data or a 10-day pack: 5GB app-specific access + 1GB open access.

Promo runs from August 5, 2022 to May 31, 2023 only.

The DITO APP Booster Packs is exclusively available for select DITO subscribers who have received SMS notifications. You can click on the link on the notification to avail of these services.

Consumption of data will be based on the shortest validitiy. You can monitor the respective expiration dates of your multiple subscriptions via the DITO APP.

Example: If you subscribe to a 30-day promo while you still have remaining DITO Starter Pack inclusions expiring in 2 days, your DITO Starter Pack inclusions will be consumed first. Once you have fully consumed your DITO Starter Pack inclusions, usage will be shifted to the newly subscribed promo.

If upon activation you only receive 1GB open data valid for 7 days, please expect the additional 2GB open data, Unlimited All-Net Texts, Unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls, and 100 mins. of calls to other mobile networks to be credited to your account within 48 hours. If you use the DITO SIM in a non-compatible phone, you may not be able to experience all the features of our service. You can still enjoy our data services and get the same HIGH-SPEED DATA experience if you are within DITO-covered areas. However, non-data services like VoLTE calls, regular calls and texts may not work.

You can set-up your DITO SIM in just 4 easy steps:

1. Insert your new DITO SIM on your mobile phone.

2. Go to “Settings” and click “Mobile Network”. Then choose “Access Point Name”

3. Click “Add button” and manually type “Internet.dito.ph” on the APN field. After that, click “Save”

4. Open your “Mobile Data”. You will receive a Welcome SMS once your DITO SIM is activated. DITO APP Download link and initial password to login is also included.

Yes, you may share your load credits via your DITO APP or MyDITO account for free! You are allowed to share P5.00 - P1,000.00 per transaction with a maximum of 5 transactions per day. Please take note that a maintaining balance of P1.00 is required and you cannot transfer all of your load credits. ​

Yes, you may share data via your DITO APP or MyDITO account for free! You are allowed to share a minimum of 50MB per transaction with a maximum of 5 transactions per day.

You may share as much as you want as long as you have enough data.

Shared data is valid for 48 hours.

If you received data from another subscriber while you still have remaining shared data from a previous transaction, the validity of your total shared data will be extended for another 48 hours.

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) enables mobile phone customers to keep their number even when they switch networks or change their subscription from postpaid to prepaid and vice versa, free of charge. This is in compliance with RA 11202 (Mobile Number Portability Act), as part of DITO’s commitment with the government to help improve telco services in the Philippines.

There is no limit to the number of times of applying for the MNP. However,  customers may reapply for porting to another network after the lapse of sixty (60) days from the date of activation of the ported number

MNP lets you keep your current mobile number when you switch to DITO. You can switch seamlessly to DITO free of charge!

You now have the freedom to choose your network provider while keeping your current mobile number.

You can choose to do number porting in two ways: external and internal.

External porting means shifting from your mother network to an outside network or vice versa. Please note that you will be able to keep your current mobile number even when you switch networks.

Porting service will be commercially available in the Philippines on September 30, 2021. We are continuously working together with the other network providers to help make your switch to DITO as seamless as possible.

Before making the switch to DITO, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • You must not have any outstanding financial obligation with your Mobile Service Provider
  • Your mobile number is not locked to any Mobile Service Provider
  • You have no other porting request in the last 60 days
  • Your mobile number is not prohibited from porting by a court of law
  • You have not been blacklisted by a Mobile Service Provider due to previous fraudulent activities
  • You must have an active mobile number
  • Your mobile number must not be part of a bundled service/product from another Mobile Service Provider

Apply for MNP from your current network provider and submit the required documents to receive your Unique Subscriber Code (USC). The USC will be valid for only 15 days. If expired, you will need to request for a new USC with your current provider.   • One (1) valid ID
  • Valid Unique Subscriber Code (USC) (expiry of USC is 15 days after issuance)

Step 4 : Upon confirmation of eligibility and submission of the complete requirements, our store specialists will process the request.

Step 5: Our Store specialists will hand over a free DITO SIM where your current mobile number will be activated once port in application is completed. We will also provide you a DITO Bonus SIM. Yes, you can transfer your postpaid or prepaid number from your current network provider to DITO. If you have a postpaid account with your current operator, kindly settle your remaining balance first. After being cleared by your current operator, DITO will provide you the same number and will have this activated as a Prepaid account for the time being. Once Postpaid is available with DITO, we will give you the option to convert your account to Postpaid.

You can use your DITO SIM with your modem by following these simple, easy steps:

Locate the SIM card slot of your modem. Carefully insert the SIM card in the direction shown in your modem’s instruction manual until it clicks or locks into place. Note the size of the SIM card required (check your device manual for this specification).

You can manage your DITO subscription conveniently in one place by downloading and signing in to the DITO App using your mobile device. Sign in to your number by using the default password sent via the Welcome Message to your broadband device’s inbox. You don’t need to transfer your DITO SIM from the modem to your handset when you sign in.

SOME BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:

My signal bar doesn't light up.

Try moving your modem closer to the window to get a better signal reception. Signal can be quite weak if the modem is surrounded by many objects like walls and furniture.

My modem is connected but I cannot access the internet.

Try to do a power cycle by switching your device off and turning it back on after around 10 seconds. Check if the signal bar has lit up. Repeat the process until the issue is resolved.

I’m experiencing slow to no internet connection.

First, check if there are any objects interfering with the device that may cause this issue (e.g. aquariums, microwave ovens, TVs and other radio- emitting devices). Try to do a power cycle by switching your device off and turning it back on. Do this again if the issue is not resolved. You can also try re-positioning your modem closer to a window to get the strongest signal possible.

I forgot my modem’s WiFi password.

Try to do the following:

  1. Check your modem’s manual for the IP address of its device management or configuration page (usually written in this format - 192.168.1.1). Access this page through a LAN connection and locate your WiFi password on the Settings.
  2. Alternatively, you can try pressing the modem’s Reset Button and restore the device to its factory settings. The default password can be found on the product label.
  3. If the product label is no longer found, contact your modem’s manufacturer for technical support.

Some connection problems may be due to a faulty SIM. To check if your SIM is faulty, try to insert it in another device (such as a compatible mobile device) to see if it can receive a signal. If your SIM is not faulty, the problem may be with your broadband device or router. Please reach out to your device manufacturer’s technical support for any hardware-related problems that could possibly be interrupting your service.

How do I access the GUI of the TPLink TL-MR6400 modem?

The call will be forwarded to your designated number after 20 seconds of ringing. If your designated number is a DITO number, you will be charged P6.50 per minute. If your designated number is a number from another network, you will be charged P7.50 per minute. The total charge will depend on the duration of the forwarded call.

ViLTE (Video over LTE) is the next generation of video calling. It is an extension of VoLTE (Voice over LTE) that allows you to switch your voice calls to video calls without having to use video calling apps.

Video calls are made by selecting the video call icon found in the phone’s dial pad, call logs, and address book.

ViLTE calls are charged the same as regular DITO-to-DITO calls at P6.50 / minute. If you have a promo subscription, it will be charged to your unlimited DITO-to-DITO calls. If not, standard rates will apply.

Video calling over LTE is exclusive within the DITO network only.

Both you and the recipient must have a ViLTE-compatible mobile phone to make a video call over LTE. Lower end android phones may use ViLTE through Google Duo, which is charged to mobile data.

Note: At this time, video over LTE is not supported in Huawei devices.

If you cancel with us before your contract period is up, you’ll have to pay a pre-termination fee based on your policy:
