How do I earn DITO Points?

How do I earn DITO Points by paying monthly bill?

Active Mobile and FWA Postpaid subscribers shall earn points through the following:​
 
a. Earn 3% DITO points from paid bill (monthly subscription fee or MSF), if transaction has been made via the DITO App/ My DITO.​
 
b. Earn 1% DITO points from paid bill (monthly subscription fee or MSF), if transaction has been made via other channels such as but not limited to: DITO Experience Store, retailer partner, Lazada, Shopee, and other digital partners.

Will I earn DITO Points if I use my load balance to purchase a promo?

No. Purchasing promos using DITO Load Balance will not earn DITO points.

Where can I view my points?

You can view and monitor your points history, expiration, and transactions on your DITO App.

Do DITO Points expire?

DITO Points earned are valid for one (1) year from the date of crediting. Points will expire every last day of the month.
Example: You earned 20 points on July 5, 2021; these points will expire on July 31, 2022

What products/ services can I redeem?

There is a wide array of choices in the DITO Rewards catalogue. Aside from your go-to data promos (For Prepaid Subscribers only), Postpaid subscribers can redeem e-vouchers for dining, shopping, gaming, promo and local favorites from our regional partners in the DITO APP and more! You can redeem rewards using your DITO points via the DITO App.

Can I share my DITO Points?

Yes, you can share your Points with other active DITO subscribers. You can share Points to an active DITO subscriber via the DITO APP.

Can I use DITO Points to buy a load/ promo or pay monthly bill?

Yes. Prepaid subscribers can use DITO Points to load or subscribe to a promo in the Buy Load and By/Manage Promo sections of the DITO App. Postpaid subscribers can pay monthly bill using DITO Points.

Where can I find the regional/ local rewards products?

Featured products from our regional partners can be found under the Local Favorites and Promo Vouchers categories in the Rewards page of the DITO APP.

Are there promo vouchers I can redeem aside from rewards products?

Yes! Some of our featured brands offer discounts and freebies which can be redeemed for FREE. No need to use your DITO Points to enjoy these vouchers. Just go to the Promo Voucher category in the Rewards page of the DITO APP to redeem these offers!
