How can I renew or buy a new promo after the one included in my DITO ONE Starter Kit expires?
You can easily renew or purchase a new DITO ONE promo through the DITO App.

Yes. If you use up or your shared data before your DITO ONE subscription ends, you can purchase add-ons or boosters through the DITO App. To buy an add-on or booster, just follow these steps:
- Log in to the DITO App using any of your DITO ONE SIM accounts.
- Tap Buy Promo.
- Select the DITO ONE category.
- Choose the available add-on or booster you want to purchase.

Can I buy add-ons or boosters without subscribing to the DITO ONE 1290 main offer?
No. You must first have an active subscription to the DITO ONE main offer before you can purchase or use any DITO ONE add-ons or boosters.
Do I need to register all the SIMs included in the DITO ONE Starter Kit?
No. You only need to register and activate the Primary SIM included in your DITO ONE Starter Kit.
I already have an existing DITO Mobile SIM. Can I add it to my DITO ONE account?
No. At this time, only new DITO ONE add-on SIMs can be linked to a DITO ONE account. Existing DITO mobile numbers or active DITO SIMs cannot be added, converted, or transferred as Member SIMs under DITO ONE.
Where can I buy or request add-on SIMs for my DITO ONE account?
You can purchase add-on SIMS for your DITO ONE account at any DITO Experience Store.
How much does an add-on SIM cost for a DITO ONE account?
An add-on SIM costs ₱39.00 per SIM.
Can I use other DITO promos with my DITO ONE SIMs?
No. DITO ONE SIMs can only be used with DITO ONE offers and services. Regular DITO Mobile and Home WoWFi promos are separate products and are not compatible with DITO ONE accounts.
Can I access Prime Video using the SIMs included in the DITO ONE Starter Kit?
Yes. Prime Video access is included as one of the benefits of your DITO ONE Starter Kit. Prime Video usage is subject to Amazon's policies, which allow up to three (3) devices to be registered under a single account.
Can I access BLASTTV using the SIMs included in the DITO ONE Starter Kit?
Yes, you can access Blast TV using the SIMs included in your DITO ONE Starter Kit. You may log in to your Blast TV account on multiple devices. However, according to Blast TV's policy, only two (2) simultaneous streams can be active at the same time.
