What are the requirements needed to apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan 388?
- Applicants interested in the DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan 388 must bring the following:
- Completed DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscriber Application Form (SAF).
- One-month advance payment of the Monthly Service Fee (MSF).
- Proof of Identification (at least 1 valid government ID with signature or 2 secondary IDs).
- Proof of Billing bearing the same address indicated on the DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscriber Application Form (Example: Meralco bill, Credit Card Bill, and the like).
- For customers applying for Plan 1688 or those with an existing DITO Mobile Postpaid line, you’ll need to provide additional Proof of Financial Capacity (Example: Certificate of Employment (COE), Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like). It should be the most recent one, dated within the last 30 days from the application date.
- The approval lead time will take approximately 30 minutes.
How can I avail of the Promo?

What are the requirements needed to apply?
- Completed DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscriber Application Form (SAF).
- One-month advance payment of the Monthly Service Fee (MSF).
- Proof of Identification (at least 1 valid government ID with signature or 2 secondary IDs).
- Selfie (for applications done via the DITO App and Device Partner Stores)
Customers applying for an additional line or availing of multiple lines with an aggregated total plan of 1500 above and FLEXPlans (Handset) shall be subject to credit validation.
Additional requirements are needed such as Proof of Billing and Proof of Financial Capacity. Proof of Billing bearing the same address indicated on the DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscribe. Application Form (Example: Meralco bill, Credit Card Bill, and the like).
Proof of billing must be the most recent, issued within the last 60 days from the application date, and should be either paid or not overdue by more than 5 days at the time of application (applicable only for new applications)
Proof of Financial Capacity (Example: Certificate of Employment (COE), Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like). It should be the most recent one, dated within the last 30 days from the application date.
Can I apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan online?
Yes. You can apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan online by downloading the DITO App. Except for FLEXPlans (Handset) with cashback which is only available at selected Rulls Stores.
How will I receive my Statement of Account (SOA)?
The Statement of Account (SOA) will be sent to the email address you provided in your DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan Application Form. Alternatively, you may check your Statement of Account (SOA) on the DITO App.
When can I expect my payment to be posted?
Payments made through the DITO App will be posted in real time.
For payments made at the DITO Experience Store (over the counter) or through other approved channels, please allow 1 to 5 banking days for the payment to be processed.
Where can I pay my monthly bill?
You can pay your bills using the DITO APP, by visiting a DITO Experience Store, or through any of our authorized payment partners like BDO, EC Pay, and Pay and Go.
How much will I need to pay after the 3-month discount is over?
After the 3rd billing cycle, your monthly service fee will change from Php288 to Php388.
After getting my postpaid plan, when can I expect to receive my first billing statement?
You will receive your first billing statement/ SOA within 15 days. You will be notified through the DITO App, SMS, and email.
Can I share my unused data?
FLEXPlan 388 (SIM-ONLY)
No. Sharing of unused data is currently not possible. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve our service offerings in the future.
UNLI 5G FLEXPlans (SIM-ONLY) & FLEXPlans (HANDSET)
Yes, data sharing is available to a DITO Mobile Prepaid and DITO Mobile Postpaid
- You can share up to 1GB per day
- You can share with up to 10 numbers per month
- Data shared will only have a 2- Day Validity
Only regular data allocation (and not the 5G allocation) may be shared.
Data sharing from DITO Mobile Postpaid to Other Networks is not available.
What happens to my unused monthly plan inclusions?
The remaining regular data allocation will be rolled over until the following billing cycle but has a validity of two months only.
The following will not be rolled over:
- Call minutes
- Bonus 5G data
- Landline Booster
- Add on Data Boosters
- Roaming allocations
Are the handsets SIM locked to DITO only?
For single SIM Samsung handsets availed with a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan and under contract will be SIM Locked to DITO Telecommunity.
For DUAL SIM Samsung Handsets availed with a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan and under contract will also be locked to DITO telecommunity.
In order to use the dual SIM feature on the handset an Active DITO SIM must always be inserted in any of the SIM slots.
For DITO SIM: SMS, CALL, & DATA Services
For other carriers: You may only use SMS & Call services only, DATA Access will remain locked to DITO for the duration of the lock-in period / contract.
When can I have the Mobile Phone / Device be SIM unlocked?
Device can be SIM unlocked after satisfying the following conditions:
1. Expiration of contracted lock-in period.
2. Settlement of all past and current dues incurred during the contract period.

Can I avail of the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and switch my existing Prepaid or Postpaid number (from another telco) to DITO Postpaid?
Yes. This feature is available for those who will be applying for their Postpaid Plan in the DITO Experience Store. However, the MNP feature via the DITO App is currently not available but will be offered in the future.
When I use MNP to switch to DITO Postpaid and I retain my previous mobile number (from other telcos or DITO Prepaid), will I need to re-register my SIM?
Yes, you will have to register again after doing your Mobile Number Portability.
Can I switch my existing DITO Mobile Prepaid number to DITO Mobile Postpaid?
Yes. This feature is available for those who will be applying for their Postpaid Plan in the DITO Experience Store and DITO App.
How long is the Mobile Number Portability process?
The duration of the porting process will depend on where the porting application was requested:
If requested via DITO Experience Stores:
Upon submission of the application via DITO Experience stores, our store specialists will verify eligibility and ensure submission of complete requirements.
Once confirmed, our store specialists will hand over a free DITO SIM Card where your current mobile number will be activated once the port-in application is completed. A bonus DITO SIM Card to be provided for use while waiting for the porting application to be competed.
The SIM activation process will take about 24 to 48 hours. Within the period of the activation process, there might be minimal service interruption. You will not be able to call, text, or use data. However, the service interruption should take no longer than four (4) hours.
To give you a hassle-free and seamless porting-in experience, you may use your DITO Bonus SIM Card to continuously access calls, texts, and data during the potential downtime upon port-in.
Once the porting process is done, you will receive the onboarding email for the DITO SIM Card and service activation steps.
** Please note that once the port request is initiated, we will not be able to withdraw the port request. We are still working on making this option available.
Am I required to avail of the Mobile Number Portability service?
No. The Mobile Number Portability feature is not required for DITO Mobile Postpaid users.
Can my DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan earn DITO Rewards Points?
Yes. If paid via the DITO APP, you will earn 3% of the paid bill amount as DITO Rewards Points.
If payment is made via other channels, you will earn 1% of the paid bill amount as DITO Rewards Points.
Where can I use my DITO Rewards Points?
You can go to the DITO App to check and redeem various rewards.
Can I purchase data boosters using DITO Rewards Points?
The service is currently unavailable; this feature will be offered at a later time.
What if I have used up all my data allocation? Can I still access the internet?
To continue enjoying data access, you will need to buy a Data Booster through the DITO App.
Can I share my additional data boosters? Can it be rolled over?
No, Data boosters cannot be shared and will not carry over to the next period.
