Does DITO have a 5G Network nationwide?
The 5G network is available in selected and 5G-covered areas in the NCR, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Davao City, Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, and Negros Occidental.
What if I am not on a 5G network? Can I still use my FLEXplan? How does my Data usage and consumption work?
Yes, your DATA will automatically switch to 4G. (4G Data is not UNLIMITED)
- If the subscriber is in the DITO 5G area, the wallet to be consumed should be the 5G Unlimited data.
- If the subscriber is in the DITO 4G area, the wallet to be consumed should be the allotted High-speed data.
If I am a current DITO FLEXPlan SIM-Only subscriber, can I upgrade my plan?
Starting January 30, 2024, all existing DITO FLEXPlan SIM-Only 888, 1288, and 1688 subscribers will enjoy the plan inclusions of the new SIM-Only Plan with UNLI 5G for 12 months. Their existing plan will also have no lock-in period. There is no need to request a change in your plan, and an sms / in-app / web notification will be sent.
If I am current DITO FLEXPlan Handset subscriber, can I upgrade my plan?
Starting March 13, 2024, all existing DITO FLEXPlans (Handset) 588, 888, 1288, and 1688 subscribers will enjoy the plan inclusions of the Handset Plan. There is no need to request a change in your plan, an sms / in-app/ web notification will be sent.
Can I downgrade my current FLEXPlan?
You can easily downgrade your plan by going to the nearest DITO Experience Store. Please be aware that the plan downgrade is subject to pre-termination conditions.

What are the requirements needed to apply?
1. Completed DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscriber Application Form (SAF).
2. One-month advance payment of the Monthly Service Fee (MSF).
3. Proof of Identification (at least 1 valid government ID with signature or 2 secondary IDs).
4. Selfie (for applications done via the DITO App and Device Partner Stores)
Customers applying for an additional line or availing of multiple lines with an aggregated total plan of 1500 above and FLEXPlans (Handset) shall be subject to credit validation.
Additional requirements are needed such as Proof of Billing and Proof of Financial Capacity.
Proof of Billing bearing the same address indicated on the DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscribe. Application Form (Example: Meralco bill, Credit Card Bill, and the like).
Proof of billing must be the most recent, issued within the last 60 days from the application date, and should be either paid or not overdue by more than 5 days at the time of application (applicable only for new applications)
Proof of Financial Capacity (Example: Certificate of Employment (COE), Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like). It should be the most recent one, dated within the last 30 days from the application date.

Purchases of handsets via Home Credit will be required to give a copy of their Home Credit Approval as part of the application process.

You can pay your bills using the DITO APP, by visiting a DITO Experience Store, or through any of our authorized payment partners like BDO, EC Pay, and Pay and Go.
What is ViLTE?
ViLTE (Video over Long-Term Evolution) allows you to enjoy high-definition video calls without consuming your data allocation because it will instead be charged to your free minutes allocation. Since you have Unli DITO to DITO calls, then it's like having Unli Video calls as well. Another advantage of using ViLTE is that it consumes less battery power as compared to the usual video calls using data.
Once I have my postpaid plan, when do I get my first billing?
Your first bill will be available within the next 15 days. You will be notified via DITO APP, SMS and email.
When can I expect my payment to be posted?
If payment is done via the DITO App, Payment will be posted real time.
If payment is done via any DITO Experience Store, payment will be posted the next business day.
How is my first bill computed?
The first bill of the subscriber shall be calculated in proration based on this Monthly Service Fee (MSF). Proration Formula: MSF x (remaining days of the month) / (total days in the current month)
What are the possible causes of my line being temporarily disconnected?
Your line may be disconnected if you have unpaid bills or have exceeded your spending limit.
How will I receive my Statement of Account (SOA)?
The Statement of Account (SOA) will be sent to the email address you provided in your DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan Application Form. Alternatively, you may check your Statement of Account (SOA) on the DITO App.
After getting my postpaid plan, when can I expect to receive my first billing statement?
You will receive your first billing statement/ SOA within 15 days. You will be notified through the DITO App, SMS, and email.
When can I expect my payment to be posted?
Payments made through the DITO App will be posted in real time.
For payments made at the DITO Experience Store (over the counter) or through other approved channels, please allow 1 to 5 banking days for the payment to be processed.
Can I share my unused data?
FLEXPlan 388 (SIM-ONLY)
No. Sharing of unused data is currently not possible. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve our service offerings in the future.

Yes, data sharing is available to a DITO Mobile Prepaid and DITO Mobile Postpaid
Only regular data allocation (and not the 5G allocation) may be shared.
Data sharing from DITO Mobile Postpaid to Other Networks is not available.
What happens to my unused monthly plan inclusions?
The remaining regular data allocation will be rolled over until the following billing cycle but has a validity of two months only.
The following will not be rolled over:
- Call minutes
- Bonus 5G data
- Landline Booster
- Add on Data Boosters
- Roaming allocations
Are the handsets SIM locked to DITO only?
For single SIM Samsung handsets availed with a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan and under contract will be SIM Locked to DITO Telecommunity.
For DUAL SIM Samsung Handsets availed with a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan and under contract will also be locked to DITO telecommunity.
In order to use the dual SIM feature on the handset an Active DITO SIM must always be inserted in any of the SIM slots.
For DITO SIM: SMS, CALL, & DATA Services
For other carriers: You may only use SMS & Call services only, DATA Access will remain locked to DITO for the duration of the lock-in period / contract.
When can I have the Mobile Phone / Device be SIM unlocked?
Device can be SIM unlocked after satisfying the following conditions:
1. Expiration of contracted lock-in period.
2. Settlement of all past and current dues incurred during the contract period.

Can I avail of the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and switch my existing Prepaid or Postpaid number (from another telco) to DITO Postpaid?
When I use MNP to switch to DITO Postpaid and I retain my previous mobile number (from other telcos or DITO Prepaid), will I need to re-register my SIM?
Yes, you will have to register again after doing your Mobile Number Portability.
