What is the DITO IDD Promo Offer?

The DITO IDD Promo Offer is available to all DITO Prepaid Active Subscribers who wants to call abroad but finds our regular IDD rates expensive. The DITO IDD Promo Offer is a budget-friendly package that will give them more minutes (vs. the standard DITO IDD rates).

How to subscribe to the IDD Promo Offer?

Subscriber must purchase an IDD Promo Pack based on the country/ies they want to call. Subscription will be via the DITO APP.

What if the Subscriber wants to call a Country not on the Promo List?

Subscriber will be charged the regular IDD rate

What if the Subscriber’s call goes to an answering machine, will it still be counted.

Yes, it will still be considered a successful call.

Can the Subscriber call any country using the IDD Promo Pack

Subscriber can use their call minutes to any country listed within the pack.

Can the Subscriber use the data to surf any site?

No, the data can only be used for the following Messaging Apps: Viber, FB Messenger, Whats App.

Can the Subscriber use their locally subscribed data promo (i.e. Level Up)

Yes. It can be used together with the IDD Promo Pack.

I am currently subscribed to a DITO Level-Up Pack with allowance of calls to other mobile networks. Can I use this to call and text international numbers?

No. The inclusions from your DITO Level-Up Pack promo can only be enjoyed when making calls or texts in the Philippines. You may subscribe to DITO's IDD promo packages for your needs. You can avail any from these:

How will the Subscriber know the status of their IDD promo, i.e. remaining minutes?

Just log on to the DITO APP to check the status of your IDD Promo.

What if the Subscriber uses up all the remaining minutes of the IDD Promo Pack in the middle of the call?

If the subscriber has regular load for charging: The call will continue, and the IDD Standard Rate will be applied to the minutes in excess of the allocation

If the subscriber does not have regular load for charging: The call will be cut off.
