Are Landline calls part of the Unlimited Call inclusion in the monthly plan?

Landline calls are not part of the Unli call promo. You will be charged P7.50/minute for calls to the local landline. However, you may purchase a Landline Booster:

What if I have used up all my data allocation? Can I still access the internet?

You need to purchase a Data Booster via the DITO App to continue enjoying data access

No, data sharing is not available for data boosters. They will not be rolled-over as well.

DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan is the newest mobile service of DITO.   

Customer can choose from:
SIM-Only Plan, with a lock-in period of 6 months
Handset Plan, with a lock-in period of 24 months

Who can avail the product or service?

Anyone with complete requirements can apply for any DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan.

What are the plans available in the DITO Device Retail Stores?

You can apply for any of the three DITO Mobile Postpaid SIM-Only FLEXPlans (588, 888, 1288) in our Retail Partner Stores. While there, you may also opt to purchase any DITO-compatible phone to immediately pair with your new DITO Postpaid SIM-only Plan.

What is the Prime Video subscription that comes with the DITO FLEXPlan?

All DITO FLEXPlan mobile subscribers will receive a 12-month Full Edition Prime Video Subscription.

What are the requirements needed to apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan?

Interested DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan customers need to bring the following:

For DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans (SIM-Only Plans 588, 888, and 1288):
- Proof of Identification (At least 1 valid government ID)

For DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans (SIM-Only Plan 1688, any Handset Plan):
- Proof of Identification (At least 1 valid government ID)
- Proof of Financial Capacity (Example: Certificate of Employment (COE), Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like)
- Proof of Billing that reflects the Customer’s Address. It must be the same as the one on the DITO Application Form. (Example: Meralco bill, Credit Card Bill, and the like) .

Where can I apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan?

You can apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan via the following:
a. DITO Experience Stores nationwide
b. Device Retail Partner Stores in NCR, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Cebu, Laguna, and Pampanga (Rulls, MemoXpress, Tech 101)
c. DITO APP.

Can I apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan online?

Yes. You can apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan online by downloading the DITO APP.

What are the different FLEXPlans I can apply for in the DITO APP?

You can choose from any of the following SIM-Only Plans:

Do I need to pay anything when I apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan?

Customers with approved requirements will be advised to pay one month advance Monthly Service Fee (MSF) and a handset cash out, if applicable.

Will my SIM and/or Handset be delivered to me?

You will be able to receive your SIM card and/or handset upon approval of your application. The DITO Experience Store staff will reach out to you once your application has been approved already.

How can I receive my Statement of Account (SOA)?

It will be sent to the email address indicated in your DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan Application Form. You may also view their SOA on the DITO APP.

Where can I pay my bill?

You may pay your bills via the DITO APP, DITO Experience Store, or to any DITO Authorized Payment Partner: BDO, EC Pay, Pay and Go.

Once I have my postpaid plan, when do I get my first billing?

Your first bill will be available within the next 15 days. You will be notified via DITO APP, SMS and email.

When can I expect my payment to be posted?

If payment is done via the DITO App, Payment will be posted real time.

If payment is done via any DITO Experience Store, payment will be posted the next business day.

How is my first bill computed?

The first bill of the subscriber shall be calculated in proration based on this Monthly Service Fee (MSF). Proration Formula: MSF x (remaining days of the month) / (total days in the current month)

What are the possible causes of my line being temporarily disconnected?

Your line may be disconnected if you have unpaid bills or have exceeded your spending limit

Can I transfer my existing DITO Mobile Prepaid number to DITO Mobile Postpaid?

Yes. This feature is available for those who will be applying for their Postpaid Plan in the DITO Experience Store.

Can I avail of the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) feature and transfer my existing Prepaid or Postpaid number (from another telco or from DITO Prepaid) to DITO Postpaid?

Yes you may keep your mobile number via the MNP feature. MNP is available for those who will be applying for their DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan in the DITO Experience Store.

Am I required to avail the Mobile Number Portability service?

No, MNP is an option given to the customer and it's entirely their choice. The MNP feature is not required to apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid Plan.

When I use MNP to switch to DITO Postpaid and I retain my previous mobile number (from other telcos or DITO Prepaid), will I need to re-register my SIM?

Yes, you will have to register again after doing your Mobile Number Portability.

What happens to my unused monthly plan inclusions?

The remaining regular data allocation will be rolled over until the following billing cycle but has a validity of two months only.

The following will not be rolled over:
- Call minutes
- Bonus 5G data
- Landline Booster
- Add on Data Boosters
- Roaming allocations

Can I share my available data to a DITO Mobile Prepaid number? How about another DITO Postpaid number, or other networks?

Yes, data sharing is available for DITO Mobile Prepaid and DITO Mobile Postpaid:

* You can share up to 1GB per day
* You can share with up to 10 numbers per month
* Data Shared will only have a 2-Day Validity

Only regular data allocation (and not the 5G allocation) may be shared.

Data sharing from DITO Mobile Postpaid to Other Networks is not available.

What is ViLTE?

ViLTE (Video over Long-Term Evolution) allows you to enjoy high-definition video calls without consuming your data allocation because it will instead be charged to your free minutes allocation. Since you have Unli DITO to DITO calls, then it's like having Unli Video calls as well. Another advantage of using ViLTE is that it consumes less battery power as compared to the usual video calls using data.
