Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is extended from May 1, 2023 to May 30 2023. The promo package must be purchased within this period. SIM and promo must be activated within 30 days from delivery. Promo will not activate beyond the 30-day delivery period.

3. Prerequisites:
   
   
   1. Only those with device compatible with the DITO SIM card and has passed the location validation may avail the promo. Device and location compatibility shall be assessed during the online ordering process. The list of available devices shall be available at DITO’s website (https://www.dito.ph/). Network locked phones, aside from DITO’s, and phones blocked by government agencies shall be considered as non-compatible devices. DITO shall have the sole discretion on whether a particular device is compatible with DITO SIM cards. In case of dispute on device compatibility, the list, and records of DITO shall prevail. 
   2. Promo is only valid for the subscriber’s DITO compatible mobile phone where the purchased DITO SIM and Promo are installed. 
   3. Bonus data is Included in Level Up Pack with 5G.  
      
4. How to buy the “DITO Level-Up Packs via the DITO Website and DITO APP:  
   
   1. Promo is only valid for the subscriber’s DITO compatible mobile phone where the purchased DITO SIM and Promo are installed.
   2. Purchase a DITO Level-Up Pack. Customers can pay using credit/debit cards and various e-wallet as indicated in the online store. Customers will be asked to input their name, email address, contact number and delivery address where the DITO packaged will be delivered, delivery is valid within the promo areas only.
   3. The promo package shall be delivered to the customer via third-party courier and may be subject to a delivery fee. Delivery schedule may be subject to change by the third-party couriers depending on its terms and conditions or force majeure. If you are unable to receive your order or received a damaged SIM card, you may reach out send an email to customerservice@dito.ph or send your concerns via DITO’s Facebook messenger or using the DITO App.   
5. Promo shall only be offered in these 5G covered areas.
6. How to activate the promo
   1. Insert the DITO SIM in the prescreened DITO compatible device or other DITO compatible devices. The data inclusion, on-net call, and on-net text promo shall be automatically enabled upon activation of the SIM Card. To activate the SIM card, subscribers may turn on their data, attempt a call or send an SMS.
   2. Subscriber will receive confirmation via SMS for the activation of the SIM card and the promo.
7. Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. The promo must be availed and activated within 30 days from the date the DITO SIM was successfully delivered. The SIM card shall expire if not activated within "1" year from purchase. 
8. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any unlimited promo offers, discount available and other exclusive promo offers.   
9. The promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services of DITO.  
10. By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms, and conditions. The subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM and/or promo for illicit or illegal means.
11. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
