You need to purchase a Data Booster via the DITO App to continue enjoying data access .

The DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan 388 (SIM-ONLY) is a Mobile Postpaid Starter plan for those who want to try or switch to DITO Mobile Postpaid at a very affordable price with no lock-in period and with high-value data.

The DITO Mobile Postpaid UNLI 5GFLEXPlans (SIM-ONLY) are enhanced versions of the current SIM-Only FLEXPlans. It offers UNLI 5G DATA for high-data users who like to stream or use social apps. The UNLI 5G SIM-Only FLEXPlans start at an affordable price of P888 to P1688 with no lock-in period.

What are the requirements needed to apply?

1. Completed DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscriber Application Form (SAF).
2. One-month advance payment of the Monthly Service Fee (MSF).
3. Proof of Identification (at least 1 valid government ID with signature or 2 secondary IDs).
4. Selfie (for applications done via the DITO App and Device Partner Stores)

Customers applying for an additional line or availing of multiple lines with an aggregated total plan of 1500 above and FLEXPlans (Handset) shall be subject to credit validation.

Additional requirements are needed such as Proof of Billing and Proof of Financial Capacity.

Proof of Billing bearing the same address indicated on the DITO Mobile Postpaid Subscribe. Application Form (Example: Meralco bill, Credit Card Bill, and the like).

Proof of billing must be the most recent, issued within the last 60 days from the application date, and should be either paid or not overdue by more than 5 days at the time of application (applicable only for new applications)

Proof of Financial Capacity (Example: Certificate of Employment (COE), Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like). It should be the most recent one, dated within the last 30 days from the application date.

Purchases of handsets via Home Credit will be required to give a copy of their Home Credit Approval as part of the application process.

Can I apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan online?

Yes. You can apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan online by downloading the DITO App. Except for FLEXPlans (Handset) with cashback which is only available at selected Rulls Stores.

What are the different handset models available for the DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans?

You can choose from any of the following Samsung handsets:

Do I need to pay anything when I apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan?

Customers with approved requirements will be advised to pay one month advance Monthly Service Fee (MSF) and a handset cash out, if applicable.

Can I transfer my existing DITO Mobile Prepaid number to DITO Mobile Postpaid?

Yes. This feature is available for those who will be applying for their Postpaid Plan in the DITO Experience Store.

When I use MNP to switch to DITO Postpaid and I retain my previous mobile number (from other telcos or DITO Prepaid), will I need to re-register my SIM?

Yes, you will have to register again after doing your Mobile Number Portability.

Where can I pay my monthly bill?

You can pay your bills using the DITO APP, by visiting a DITO Experience Store, or through any of our authorized payment partners like BDO, EC Pay, and Pay and Go.

What is ViLTE?

ViLTE (Video over Long-Term Evolution) allows you to enjoy high-definition video calls without consuming your data allocation because it will instead be charged to your free minutes allocation. Since you have Unli DITO to DITO calls, then it's like having Unli Video calls as well. Another advantage of using ViLTE is that it consumes less battery power as compared to the usual video calls using data.

Once I have my postpaid plan, when do I get my first billing?

Your first bill will be available within the next 15 days. You will be notified via DITO APP, SMS and email.

Can I share my unused data?

FLEXPlan 388 (SIM-ONLY)
No. Sharing of unused data is currently not possible. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve our service offerings in the future.

UNLI 5G SIM-Only FLEXPlans
Yes, data sharing is available to a DITO Mobile Prepaid and DITO Mobile Postpaid

You can share up to 1GB per day
You can share with up to 10 numbers per month
Data shared will only have a 2- Day Validity

Only regular data allocation (and not the 5G allocation) may be shared.

Data sharing from DITO Mobile Postpaid to Other Networks is not available.

What happens to my unused monthly plan inclusions?

The remaining regular data allocation will be rolled over until the following billing cycle but has a validity of two months only.

The following will not be rolled over:
- Call minutes
- Bonus 5G data
- Landline Booster
- Add on Data Boosters
- Roaming allocations

Are the handsets SIM locked to DITO only?

For single SIM Samsung handsets availed with a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan and under contract will be SIM Locked to DITO Telecommunity.

For DUAL SIM Samsung Handsets availed with a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan and under contract will also be locked to DITO telecommunity.

In order to use the dual SIM feature on the handset an Active DITO SIM must always be inserted in any of the SIM slots.

For DITO SIM: SMS, CALL, & DATA Services

For other carriers: You may only use SMS & Call services only, DATA Access will remain locked to DITO for the duration of the lock-in period / contract.

What happens to my unused data?

The FlexPlan 388 does not allow remaining data be rolled over to the following month. Only the regular data allocation will be rolled over until the following billing cycle. Call minutes and data from 5G only, Landline, Data Boosters, and Roaming allocations will not be rolled over.

For the other available products, such as FlexPlan 888, FlexPlan 1288, and FlexPlan 1688 it is allowed to have the remaining data be rolled over to the following month with call minutes and data from 5G only, Landline, Data Boosters, and Roaming included.

When can I have the Mobile Phone / Device be SIM unlocked?

Device can be SIM unlocked after satisfying the following conditions:
1. Expiration of contracted lock-in period.
2. Settlement of all past and current dues incurred during the contract period.

Can I avail of the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and switch my existing Prepaid or Postpaid number (from another telco) to DITO Postpaid?

Yes. This feature is available for those who will be applying for their Postpaid Plan in the DITO Experience Store. However, the MNP feature via the DITO App is currently not available but will be offered in the future.

Can I switch my existing DITO Mobile Prepaid number to DITO Mobile Postpaid?

Yes. This feature is available for those who will be applying for their Postpaid Plan in the DITO Experience Store.

How long is the Mobile Number Portability process?

The duration of the porting process will depend on where the porting application was requested:

If requested via DITO Experience Stores:

Upon submission of the application via DITO Experience stores, our store specialists will verify eligibility and ensure submission of complete requirements.

Once confirmed, our store specialists will hand over a free DITO SIM Card where your current mobile number will be activated once the port-in application is completed. A bonus DITO SIM Card to be provided for use while waiting for the porting application to be competed.

The SIM activation process will take about 24 to 48 hours. Within the period of the activation process, there might be minimal service interruption. You will not be able to call, text, or use data. However, the service interruption should take no longer than four (4) hours.

To give you a hassle-free and seamless porting-in experience, you may use your DITO Bonus SIM Card to continuously access calls, texts, and data during the potential downtime upon port-in.

Once the porting process is done, you will receive the onboarding email for the DITO SIM Card and service activation steps.

** Please note that once the port request is initiated, we will not be able to withdraw the port request. We are still working on making this option available.

Am I required to avail of the Mobile Number Portability service?

No. The Mobile Number Portability feature is not required for DITO Mobile Postpaid users.

How much do I need to pay for the Mobile Number Portability service?

You will not be charged when you choose to switch network providers. You can switch seamlessly to DITO free of charge!

What is DITO ROAM Mate?

DITO ROAM Mate is DITO’s hassle-free roaming service that gives you affordable options for data, call, and text promo bundles when flying out of the country.

How do I activate the service?

You need to activate the service via the DITO App to enjoy access to calls, outgoing SMS, and data. Incoming SMS is already pre-activated for all mobile postpaid subscribers. However, make sure that your postpaid plan is active and not delinquent in bill payment when activating the service.

Follow these steps for easy activation:

Log in to your DITO App.
Click “More” in the dashboard.
Click the “Roaming Service” icon under the Mobile Postpaid Services page.
You will be redirected to the DITO Roaming page.
Click the “Activate Roaming”.
You will receive successful activation notifications via SMS and in-app.
Go back to App Homepage and you will see the Roaming Service indicator (ON/OFF) on top of the page.

When should I activate my DITO ROAM Mate?

We highly encourage you to activate your service before leaving the country for a hassle-free experience. However, if you are unable to do so, you may still activate it once you’ve reached your country of destination. You may connect via WiFi and proceed with the roaming activation on the DITO App.

If you are a new subscriber, make sure to activate your SIM in the Philippines to enjoy DITO’s services. To activate your SIM, simply make your first call, send an SMS, or turn on your mobile data.

Please note that you will not be able to receive incoming SMS and activate the roaming service abroad if your SIM has not yet been activated.

When I purchase or subscribe to DITO ROAM Mate, when will the validity of the service begin?

It starts the moment you purchase or subscribe, so we highly encourage that you avail it on the day of your flight so you can maximize the service in its entirety.

What can I expect once I have activated the service?

Upon activation and arrival at your destination, you can already enjoy the following:

Receive SMS for FREE.
Receive, make calls, and send outgoing SMS provided that you have an active postpaid line or within your credit limit to cover the cost of incoming/outgoing calls or outgoing SMS.
If subscribed to a call/SMS promo bundle, enjoy 5 minutes of incoming/outgoing calls + 5 outgoing SMS.
If subscribed to a data bundle, use data to access the internet.
