DITO MOBILE POSTPAID FLEXPLAN CASH BACK PROMO MECHANICS :

1. Promo Period: January 8, 2024 – June 30, 2024 extend until September 30, 2024 as approved by the DTI-FTEB.

2. The DITO Mobile Postpaid Handset Plan Cashback Promo is available nationwide. Only credit-approved applicants will be eligible to apply for the DITO Mobile Postpaid Plan.
   
3. Handsets must be purchased separately through the Device Retail Partners/ DITO payment portal.
   
4. Successful applicants of the handset postpaid plans will be given a monthly cashback amounting up to 100% of the total suggested retail price of the handset availed either in the Device Retail Partner Store or DITO Store. (Depending on the plan and handset)
   
   
   
   

5. Subscribers can apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid Plan via the following channels:

   A) Selected DITO Experience Stores nationwide (See Annex for the list of participating stores.)
   B) Selected Device Partner Stores nationwide (See Annex for the list of participating DRP)
6. Subscribers must fill out the DITO Application Form, choose their preferred plan, and submit it to a DITO / Partner Sales Representative, together with the required documentation based on the DITO Credit Policy.
   a. Proof of Identification (at least 1 valid government ID with signature or 2 secondary ID’s)
   b. Proof of Financial Capacity
   It must be the latest (last 30 days from date of application)
   (Example: Certificate of Employment [COE], Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like)
   c. Proof of Billing that reflects the Subscriber’s Address. It must be the same as the one indicated on the DITO Application Form.
   The Proof of billing should be the latest (last 60 days from date of application) and paid or not past due for more than 5 days at the time of application.
   (Example: Meralco bill, Credit Card Bill, and the like)
   d. Selfie (for applications done via the DITO APP)
   e. Exception on any documents (item b – d), are subject to credit policy or business rules addendum
   
7. The Subscriber can choose from any of the following plans:
   Postpaid, Handset  Plans, Contract Term, 24 months
   
   
   
   * Inclusive of twelve (12)-months Prime Video subscription Full version
   * Inclusive of DITO Rewards
   * With Data rollover
   
8. Subscriber will be required to pay 1 month advance of their monthly service fee (MSF) of the postpaid plan.
9. Cashback will be credited to the subscribers Gcash account monthly. 
   
10. Cashback will be credited 9 working days after the due date.
    
11. Cashback will only be credited if the subscriber pays their bill due on or before the due date. If the subscriber does not pay their bill due on time, the subscriber forfeits his/her cash back for that particular bill cycle.
    
12. Subscriber cannot indicate a GCash account of another person or entity. It should match what is indicated on the application form submitted.
    
13. DITO will review and process the DITO Mobile Postpaid Application to determine the approval of the plan and the credit limit to be extended to the Subscriber.
    Once the Application is approved, the SIM +Handset (Handset Plan) may be claimed at the DITO
    Experience Store or partner store where he/she applied.
    
14. The first bill of the subscriber shall be calculated in proration based on this Monthly Service Fee (MSF) Proration Formula: MSF x (remaining days of the month) / (total days in the current month)
    * For example, a subscriber who signed up for plan 888 will have their bill due on the 21st of each month. Their time from July 16 to July 20 will be calculated as P888 x (5/31) = P143.23 on their first monthly bill. As a result, on August 21st, they will be charged an additional P143.23 on top of the P888 they would have been charged from July 21 to August 20.
    
15. The first bill will start the moment the SIM Card and Handset has been turned-over to the subscriber.
16. All Mobile Postpaid Plans inclusions will be valid for one (1) Calendar Month and will be replenished at the beginning of the Subscriber’s billing cycle.
17. Once the DITO Mobile Postpaid plan's monthly data allocation is fully consumed, the subscriber will no longer be able to use the service until the next data replenishment based on the subscriber's billing cycle or until the subscriber purchases an additional data booster.
    
    
    
18. Landline calls are not included in the plan's unlimited call allowance. However, the subscriber may purchase a landline booster.
    
    
    Subscribers can monitor the usage and plan consumption via the DITO APP. He/ She may also subscribe to a Data Booster or Landline Booster, or to any existing mobile postpaid promo (IDD, Roaming, OTT) via the DITO App. All other purchases outside the plan inclusion will be charged to Bill on the next billing cycle.
19. Subscribers can use the DITO APP to track usage and plan consumption. He or she may also subscribe to a data booster or landline booster, as well as any existing mobile postpaid promo (IDD, roaming, or OTT) through the DITO APP; all other purchases not included in the plan will be charged to their bill on the next billing cycle.
    * Unused/Excess Data Booster and Landline Boosters will not roll-over
    
20. Any remaining data inclusion from the current month's Mobile Postpaid plan will be carried over to the next billing cycle. Unused data can also be shared to a another DITO Mobile Postpaid or Prepaid subscriber.
    * DITO Mobile Postpaid to DITO Mobile Postpaid is allowed
    * DITO Mobile Postpaid to DITO Mobile Prepaid is allowed
    * Shared data is valid only for two (2) days
    * Bonus 5G Data is not shareable.
    * Booster Data is not shareable.
    
21. The Bonus Data for 5G will be used first whenever both requirements are present.
    * The subscriber has activated 5G usage on his/her 5G-enabled mobile phone
    * The subscriber is in a DITO 5G Area
    
22. DITO will send the subscriber a free Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) via the valid and active email address provided by the subscriber upon application. The subscriber must pay the total amount billed on or before the due date specified. Subscriber's failure or refusal to pay the fee, in whole or in part, entitles DITO to exercise the right to suspend subscriber's service without liability on DITO's behalf. The subscriber's consent will be obtained upon application in accordance with the e-billing policy and the user's terms and conditions.
23. If a subscriber is unable to finish their contract, they must pay a pre-termination fee in accordance with DITO policy:
    * Pre-termination Fee (PTF) = MSF x remaining number of months
    A subscriber that pre-terminates the contract will be considered to have forfeited any remaining cashbacks.
    
24. Subscribers who pay via the DITO APP will earn 3% of the paid bill amount as rewards points. If payment is made via other channels, the subscriber will earn 1% of the paid bill amount as rewards points.
    a. Subscriber may also pay their bills through these channels: DITO Experience Store, DITO Payment Centers – BDO, EC Pay, Pay and Go.
    
25. The Subscriber will receive SMS confirmation of payment posting once payment is completed.
26. The Subscriber who calls a Landline number but is not subscribed to a Landline Booster will be charged at P7.50/minute.
27. Once the contract term ends, the subscriber has the option of terminating their service voluntarily without penalty or continuing to use the service at the same monthly rate.
28. By availing of the promos, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, terms, and conditions. The Subscriber also agrees not to use the promos for illicit or illegal means.

All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
