What is DITO Load Assist Service?
DITO Load Assist is a service that allows you to borrow load or data packages before or when you have run out of data or load balance. As our valued subscriber, we want you to have a continuous high-speed data experience DITO.
Who is eligible to use the DITO Load Assist Service?
To become eligible to use the DITO Load Assist Service, you must be in the DITO network for at least 30 days and actively top-up load.
How can I use the DITO Load Assist Service?
If you are an eligible subscriber, you can use the DITO Load Assist Service when you run out of load balance or data while browsing the internet. You will be redirected to the No Data/No Credit portal, where you can choose from the list of applicable loans.
This service is also available via Facebook Mobile Center, Facebook Basic, and the DITO APP.
How many times can I use the DITO Load Assist Service?
You can borrow either a load or a data package, but only one at a time. You can use the DITO Load Assist Service again once you have already settled your outstanding loan.
How can I settle my outstanding loan?
Your outstanding loan plus the service fee will be automatically deducted from your load balance the next time you top up a regular load.
Can I settle my outstanding loan if I subscribe to a DITO Level-Up Pack?
No, you would need to top up regular load to settle your outstanding loan.
How would I know if my outstanding loan has already been deducted from my load balance?
You will receive an SMS notification confirming the deduction of your outstanding loan plus the service fee from your load balance.
Are there any charges incurred when I use the DITO Load Assist Service?
Yes, there is a service fee that will be charged on top of your outstanding loan.
Why is there a service fee when I use the DITO Load Assist Service?
The service fee is for advancing the service before payment. It is 20% of your outstanding loan.

You may go to the “History” page of the DITO Load Assist Service via the DITO APP or you may also call the DITO Hotline 185.
Why am I getting different load and promo offer/s compared to my friend?
Your load and promo offer/s will vary depending on your eligibility.
Why am I getting an offer to loan even when I still have a load balance or have been subscribed to a promo?
We provide our qualified subscribers with the option to use the DITO Load Assist Service when it is detected that their balance is PHP 99 and below or when they run out of load or data credits. This is our way of ensuring that our valued subscribers will continue to enjoy an uninterrupted high-speed data experience DITO.
