DITO Load Assist Terms and Conditions

  • General

1. The Service: DITO LOAD ASSIST (the “Service) is a service offered by Tiaxa Philippines Inc., in partnership with DITO Telecommunity 
Corporation (“we” or “us”), which allows eligible DITO prepaid subscribers to request for and to access load credit or data package credit when the prepaid subscriber is in need of load credit or data when  their balance is insufficient to initiate or complete transactions.

 

2. You: A person who avails or requests to avail the Service.

 

3. The use of the Service is subject to these Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), the general terms and conditions at https://dito.ph/terms-and-conditions. Your personal data that will be processed for your use of this service shall be covered by the Data Privacy Statement for DITO Load Assist.  

 

 4. We reserve the right without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Service and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Service, plan(s) or packages at <link for the DITO LOANS T&Cs>, including changes to our agreement. By using the Service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this SSTC and any revision/change to this SSTC and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you may discontinue using the Service, failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

 

 

  • Eligibility

5. The Service is available to all DITO prepaid subscribers who have meet the below eligibility requirements:

      1. have a registered DITO prepaid account/line for at least thirty (30) days;

      2. Subject to our review of the prepaid subscriber’s average monthly spend on top-up, repayment history and other criteria; and/or

 

6. We reserve the right to amend/modify the eligibility requirements for the Service from time to time. 


 

  • DITO LOAD ASSIST Credit limitation

    7.  DITO LOAD ASSIST is subject to your credit limit based on your eligibility, repayment history record, tenure with us and such other criteria at our discretion at the time when you request to use the Service. 

 

  • DITO LOAD ASSIST Channels

    8. Subject to the eligibility in clause 7, request of DITO LOAD ASSIST can be made via the following channels:

      1. Captive portal

      2. Facebook Basic and Mobile Center

      3. DITO App

  • Service Fee, Reload and Repayment of the Loan

    9. The Service is subject to service fee (“Service Fee”). 20% Service Fee will be applied for every successful loan acceptance by you. Sample Service Fee is as below:

    10. Your request and entitlement of DITO LOAD ASSIST amount is based on your eligibility and will be determined at our absolute discretion.


    11. You must reload/ top-up your prepaid account in order to pay back the loan availed of.

     

    12. Upon reload/top-up of your prepaid account, the loaned amount and the Service Fee shall be first deducted from such reload amount as a repayment and the balance will then be credited to your prepaid account. In the event the reload amount is less than the outstanding DITO LOAD ASSIST amount (including the Service Fee), a portion of the amount reloaded will be deducted to partially pay the outstanding loan. The subsequent reloads will be used to recover whatever is outstanding until the DITO LOAD ASSIST credited to you is fully recovered.

 

  • Things we may do to the Service

     

    13. We reserve the right at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service for such time as we see fit, or terminate, discontinue, or disconnect the Service if your usage

      1. shows excessive usage or is placing unusual burdens on our Network;

      2. is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;

      3. is not in accordance with the Agreement and/or this SSTC;

      4. is deemed to be for commercial/non-personal purposes; or

      5. is in violation of our general terms and conditions.
