1. Promo period is from September 1, 2023 up to September 30, 2024. The promo must be activated within the promo period. Promos activated after the promo period shall not take effect. 

2. Promo is available to all DITO subscribers whose mobile handsets are listed on this website that are 5G Stand Alone Handsets. Click here to see the list.

3. Promos can be availed via the DITO APP and in participating DITO retail outlets. Unlimited 5G Data Promotion will only be available in selected and 5G-covered areas in the NCR, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Bacolod City, Davao City, Laguna, and Cavite.

   **Up to 500 Mbps for first 10Gb per day, and 5Mbps data thereafter at 80% reliability. 5G speed will be refreshed at 12:00am the next day. Signal strength may affect connectivity. **

   
   
5. Usage consumption will be as follow:
   - If subscriber is in DITO 5G area, wallet to be consumed should be the 5G UNLI data.
   - If subscriber is in DITO 4G area, wallet to be consumed should be the High-speed data. 
   
   
6. How to download DITO APP?
   Download and install the DITO App via the link included in the activation SMS. The activation SMS will be sent to the SUBSCRIBER after activation of the SIM card. (note – use of the DITO App will not use or require any data allocation from the subscriber, free WiFi access shall be available in the DITO’s partner stores for application downloading and promo activation purposes) Create and Log-in on the DITO App – initial password will be given via SMS. 
7. How to avail the promo?
   a. Log in on the DITO APP
   b. Go to the App Home Page then select “Buy/ Manage Promo” and select the 5G Offers tab and select any DITO UNLI 5G Plan. 
   c. Choose the payment options available: 
       Regular Payment:
       •    Regular payment through the DITO APP or DITO Website  
       •    Subscribers must click on the confirmation button to proceed with the purchase of the offer. 
       •    Subscriber will receive confirmation via APP and SMS.  
8. Promo shall only be offered via DITO APP and Participating DITO Retail Outlets .
9. Promo resubscription is allowed even if the current subscription is active. The   remaining data and off-net minutes allocation from the previous subscription will be carried over to the latest subscription
10. Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. Promo is only valid for the subscriber’s DITO-compatible mobile phone where the purchased DITO SIM and Promo are installed.  
11. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any unlimited promo offers, discount available and exclusive promo offers.
12. Promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
13. By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms, and conditions. Subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM and/or promo for illicit or illegal means.
14. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
