I. EARN FREE RAFFLE ENTRIES UPON PROMO SUBSCRIPTION​

1. Promo period is from October 29, 2024, to January 15, 2025. ​
2. DITO Mobile Prepaid subscribers will earn free spin/s for every purchase of DITO promos and/or exclusive offers. An SMS and in-app notification will be sent to the subscriber to confirm qualification to the raffle promo. ​
3. Raffle entries will be reflected on the raffle page. To check your entries, subscribers must register on the raffle page by clicking on the banner found in the Just For You section on the DITO App. ​
4. Once registered, subscribers to click on "Submit Raffle Entries" tab to qualify on the raffle.
5. Subscribers may also convert earned DITO Rewards Points into raffle entries on the raffle page.​

II. REGISTRATION:

To Register

1. Click “Register” and input Full Name, active DITO Number, Email Address, and Complete Home Address.​
2. Complete the Customer Profile and agree to the Data Privacy Statement (DPS). ​
3. Click “Submit” to proceed with profile submission. ​
4. You may join the raffle or view the raffle page upon confirmation of successful profile submission.​

III. CONVERSION OF DITO REWARDS POINTS TO MORE RAFFLE ENTRIES

• One (1) DITO Rewards Point = One (1) raffle entry. ​
• Subscribers may convert previously earned DITO Rewards Points into raffle entries.  ​
• Subscribers may also convert as many DITO Rewards Points as they can want. ​
• To convert points to raffle entries, click “Get More”.​
• Once DITO Rewards Points have been successfully converted, subscribers will receive a prompt on the screen confirming the successful point conversion. Converted points will be deducted, and the equivalent raffle entries will be displayed on the screen.  ​
• Subscriber will receive both SMS and in-app notification confirming successful conversion of DITO Points to raffle entries (subscriber can view the deducted points, balance, or history in the Rewards section).  ​
• To submit raffle entries, subscribers to go to the “Submit Raffle Entries” tab. Every successful entry submission for the raffle period will receive a prompt to confirm.​

IV. RAFFLE DETAILS:​

• Subscribers can view active (submitted) raffle entries through the dashboard.  ​
• The complete raffle promo mechanics may be viewed when you click on the "Mechanics" button. ​
• Raffle entries that did not win by the end of the first raffle draw will be automatically qualified for the succeeding raffle draw.​
• Winners will receive a congratulatory message for the item won via SMS and in-app notification once validated.

V. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS & CUT-OFF DAYS/TIME

• Subscribers can only win once.​
• Winning e-raffle entries will automatically be removed from the pool of entries. ​
• Subscribers must submit their raffle entries before the cut-off date and time, as indicated in the table below:​

• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, SMS and in-app messages, and may also be announced via the official social media pages of DITO Telecommunity on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Subscribers hereby allow the use of their names provided in the registration form for the purpose of being announced as a winners on DITO’s Social Media channel/s stated above.
• Taxes relating to the prize shall be shouldered by the brand partners.​
• Once validated, winners have a maximum of sixty (60) days to claim the prize from the receipt of the registered notice. An SMS notification will also be sent containing the voucher code that will serve as proof for claiming the prize. Subscribers can also view the code, along with the terms and conditions, on the My Vouchers page in the Rewards section of the DITO App. Processing, facilitation, and claim details will be handled by the brand partner. Failure to respond to DITO Telecommunity will forfeit their eligibility to claim, and DITO Telecommunity reserves the right to award the prize to other winners with prior approval from DTI. ​
• Raffle entries are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services. ​
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with other promos or discounts.​
• DITO reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to winners who fail to fill in their personal details in the customer profile on the raffle page in the DITO App, those who submit false or incorrect information, and/or those are deemed invalid or fraudulent.​
• DITO Telecommunity, its affiliates, ad agencies, respective officers and employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.​
• Upon joining the raffle promo, the subscriber authorizes DITO Telecommunity to process personal information for the performance of the promotion. The subscriber agrees and acknowledges that he or she had completely read and understood the promo mechanics and attached terms and conditions.
