Mechanics:

1. Promo period is extended from September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. 

2. Promo comes with Data inclusion only:
   
           a. DITO 10 - 1GB valid for 1 day
           b. DITO 20 - 2GB valid for 3 days
           c. DITO 50 - 5GB valid for 7 days 
3. On-The-Go Data Packs will not rollover and will expire after the validity period. Data Packs cannot be shared to any DITO number.
4. Promo is available via DITO APP to DITO Prepaid subscribers who opted-in to marketing offers depending on the segmentation/profiling study. Promo is also available via DITO Experience Stores and Partner Stores starting on June 12, 2022.

5. Usage hierarchy:

        a. Data Packs Promos can be used together with promos / data on different wallets.
        b. Data Packs promos will not stack and will expire at the end of the validity period.
        c. Data Packs promos can be purchased and used independently and together with other wallets.
        d. Customers can purchase multiple On-The-Go Data Packs.
        e. If subscriber has promos in different wallets, the promo with the shortest validity will be consumed first.

6. Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. Promo is only valid for the subscriber’s DITO compatible mobile phone where the purchased DITO SIM and Promo are installed
7. Promo can be used in conjunction with any promo offers, discount available and exclusive promo offers.
8. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any unlimited promo offers.
9. Promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
10. By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms, and conditions. Subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM and/or promo for illicit or illegal means.
11. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
12. Promo shall only be offered nationwide where DITO services is available.
