Mechanics:

1. The promo period is from January 1, 2025 to June 20, 2025.
2. The promo must be activated within the promo period. Promos activated after the promo period shall not take effect.
3. The promo pricing and inclusions are indicated below:

4. The promo can be availed of through all DITO participating channels and stores.
5. The all-access data of the data sachet promos is not shareable with other DITO mobile prepaid subscribers.

6. Usage hierarchy:

        a. Data Sachet promos can be used together with promos/data on different wallets.
        b. Data Sachet promos can be purchased and used independently and together with other wallets.
        c. Data Sachet promos will not stack, will not rollover and will expire after the validity period.
        d. Customers can purchase multiple data sachet promos.
        e. If subscriber has promos in different wallets, the promo with the shortest validity will be consumed first.
7. Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. Promo is only valid for the subscriber’s DITO-compatible mobile phone where the purchased DITO SIM and Promo are installed.
8. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any unlimited promo offers, discount available and exclusive promo offers.
9. Promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
10. By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms, and conditions. Subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM and/or promo for illicit or illegal means.
11. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
