To use DCB with DITO Telecommunity, simply choose DITO Telecommunity Billing as your payment option.

- For Prepaid customers, you’ll be charged immediately for your app purchases from the app store.
- For Postpaid customers, you’ll be charged through your bill. Your transaction will reflect on your billing statement depending on your bill cycle.
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap your profile icon. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
- Under “Subscriptions,” you can check the list of subscriptions for expired subscriptions, or subscriptions with declined payment methods.
You can raise your concern directly to the developer. The support details for the developer can be found in the app itself or the email notification that you received during the time of purchase.
Yes, you can cancel the purchase within 2 hours from the time of your transaction. You're also entitled to a refund for the canceled purchase as long as you cancel within the 2-hour window. If you don't cancel within the window, the refund/cancel option will be disabled.
If you cancel an app purchase within the 2-hour window, you'll receive an email notification from Google about the amount, canceled app, and other details of refund.
