Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period: December 12 to 18, 2024.  

2. During the promo period DITO active subscribers will earn 6% (original 3% x2) DITO points when they purchase participating DITO products and services via DITO App and myDITO and 2% (original 1% x2) DITO points when they purchase participating DITO products and services via other channels such as DITO Experience Store, digital channels (i.e Lazada, GCash), retail partners, etc. (Buy Load, Buy promo). 

3. DITO subscribers will earn triple points on their purchase of any of the following DITO prepaid products:
   - DITO Level-up Pack (99, 129, 199, 299, 499, & 999, One-time purchase)
   - UNLI 5G (Unli 299, Unli 499, Unli 999)
   - DITO 5G Prepaid Home Wifi Promo (Data Promo Load 190, Data Promo Load 590, Data Promo Load 1090)
   - DITO DATA Sachets (10, 20, 30, 50)
   - DITO App Boosters (Work It, Live It, Play It)
   - DITO IDD Promo Packs 
   - Level Up Meta (20, 80, 70, 299, 399, 499, 599)
   - FWA Prepaid 4G (180, 480)
   

   The following products and payment options are EXCLUDED from the promo:
   *Redemption using Load
   *Redemption using DITO rewards points
   *SIM Bundles
   *Home WiFi Device Kits
   *Non-DITO mobile and home WiFi prepaid products

4. To earn full points, purchase of participating DITO products must be purchased directly. Purchase of DITO promos using DITO regular load will not earn additional points. Other applicable DITO promos will earn points, except for SIM bundle promo, OTT subscription, and DITO 5G Home Wifi device kit.

5. DITO Points earned are valid for 1 year upon credit.
6. Subscribers can use points to redeem rewards via DITO Rewards Catalog located in the DITO App.
7. Points with shorter validity will be consumed first when a subscriber redeems a reward.
8. Promo must be purchased and activated during the promo period.
9. Promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services outside the loyalty program.
10. By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms, and conditions. The subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM and/or promo for illicit or illegal means. 
11. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
