How can I purchase App Subscription products?

Aside from DITO Load and DITO Rewards points, you can purchase App Subscription products in the DITO APP using 3rd party payment platforms such as Credit/Debit Cards, and eWallets.

I am a DITO Mobile or Home Broadband Postpaid Subscriber, can I purchase using the 3rd Party Payment Options?

No. You can purchase App Subscription products and they shall be charged to your next monthly bill.

Will I still receive an OTP?

OTP is required during the payment process within the 3rd Party Payment Portal.

What will be the mode of payment for App Subscription product purchases?

These are the available mode of payments to purchase APP SUBSCRIPTION  products:

 

  • DITO Load

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • eWallets

  • DITO Points

Will there be price differences if I use 3rd Party Payment options to purchase APP SUBSCRIPTION products?

No, ALL App Subscription products will have the SAME price regardless of payment option used.

What will happen if there is a problem on the App Subscription product that I want to purchase using 3rd Party Payment Options?

The purchased DITO Load for the conversion of App Subscription products will remain as DITO Load in the subscriber’s account and shall not be converted to App Subscription purchase. Subscriber can try purchasing App Subscription Products again using the DITO Load that they have purchased.

What will happen if I want a refund for the App Subscription Product that I didn’t receive?

You must contact DITO’s Customer Service agents through hotline, chat, and other platforms to request for refunds.

Will I receive DITO Reward Points for 3rd party payment subscriptions?

No, you will not receive DITO reward points upon purchase using 3rd party payment method in phase 1 launch.
