Promo Mechanics

1. Promo runs from August 19 to September 30, 2024 (Extended until October 15, 2024).
2. The game can only be accessed using the DITO App.​
3. The game is open to  all active and registered DITO mobile Prepaid subscribers.
4. Subscribers are encouraged to update their DITO App to the latest version for a better gaming experience.​
5. Subscribers can use DITO Rewards Points to play the game on the DITO App.​
6. Subscribers are required to convert DITO Rewards Points to spin attempts. ​
7. One (1) DITO Rewards Point is equivalent to one (1) chance to play the Spin-To-Win game.​
8. Subscribers can play multiple times in a day as long as they have DITO Rewards Points. ​
9. All prizes are not convertible to cash.​ Data products are non-transferable. Vouchers and DITO Rewards Points are shareable.​
10. This promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos except for the following:​
    1. Double Up DITO: Double points on double dates​
    2. Celebrate DITO: Triple points on special occasions. ​
11. All prizes won are automatically reflected on the subscriber's MY PRIZES page on the Rewards page of the DITO App. ​
12. For DITO Rewards Points, subscribers can also view the points history in the Rewards section.​ 
13. For Telco Rewards, subscribers can also view the promo history in the Buy and Manage promo section.​ 
14. For vouchers, subscribers can also view them on the MY VOUCHERS page of the Rewards section.​ 
15. All converted DITO Rewards Points and unused spin attempts will not be carried over to next promo period.​ 
16. By participating, the participant declares that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of the promo/game and agrees to be bound by the same.​ 
17. DITO Telecommunity reserves the right to cancel the prize for accounts that are proven to be invalid, suspicious or fraudulent.  
18. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@ditoph. All matters and disputed will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
