4. Customers can purchase the DITO Home 5G Prepaid SIM from DITO Experience Stores, DITO Authorized Partners, DITO Authorized Sales Agents, and DITO Online Stores.
   
   The customer will need a compatible 5G WiFi modem to use with DITO Home 5G Prepaid SIM cards. 
   
   Recommended models are the following:
   
   •    ZTE MC801A 
   •    Tozed ZLT X21A 
   •    Huaxin Unilink 200 
   •    ZTE MC888S 
   
   Subscribers can purchase the promo load through the DITO APP by following these steps: 
   
   1. Log in to the DITO APP using the DITO Home 5G Prepaid number. 
   2. On the App Home Page, select “Buy Promo”.  
   3. Select the desired promo and click on the confirmation button to proceed with the purchase of the offer.  
   4. A confirmation message about the successful purchase will be sent via the DITO APP and SMS.
   
   Subscribers' data usage will vary based on where they are located:
   
   •    If a subscriber is in an area covered by DITO 5G, data from their 5G allocation will be consumed.
   •    If a subscriber is in an area with DITO 4G coverage, data from their 4G allocation will be consumed.
   
   DITO Telecommunity will not be liable for any loss of connection once the data allocation is fully consumed.
5. Promo resubscription is allowed even if the current subscription is active. The remaining data from the previous subscription will be carried over to the latest subscription.
6. Once availed, promos are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable. Promos are only valid for the DITO Home 5G Prepaid modems that contain a DITO Home 5G Prepaid SIM card.
7. Promos cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
8. By availing of the promos, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, terms, and conditions. Subscribers also agree not to use the promos for illicit or illegal means.
9. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
