After your 365-day unlimited data ends, you can easily top up your WoWFi Pro 365 with data promos through the DITO App, GCash, or Maya!

Getting a promo load is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to the DITO App using your DITO Home 5G Prepaid number.
2. On the DITO App home page, select "Buy Promo”.
3. Choose your desired promo and confirm your purchase.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation via the app and SMS.​

You can also buy promo load through GCash and Maya for added convenience!

Delivery time depends on your location! Here’s a quick guide on delivery times per region:

• Metro Manila: 2 to 3 days
• Luzon (outside of Metro Manila): 3 to 5 days
• Visayas and Mindanao: 5 to 7 days

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a delivery reference number or tracking link to monitor your order status.

Activate your modem in 3 easy steps!

• Step 1: POWER UP! Your WoWFi SIM is already in your modem. Just plug in the modem and wait for the lights to turn on.
• Step 2: CONNECT! On your phone, connect to the WoWFi network using the WiFi name and password on the device.
• Step 3: REGISTER AND SURF! Open the DITO App, tap “Register your DITO SIM Card” and follow the on-screen steps. Make sure your DITO App is up to date, and you’re connected to the WoWFi network for a smooth registration. That’s it, you can now surf!
