Telco giant DITO Telecommunity recently appointed Atty. Adel Tamano as the new Chief Revenue Officer for Consumer Business, one of the founders of DITO and the company’s employee number one during its humble beginnings. 

Tamano, who pioneered DITO’s enterprise division in 2023 and doubled the enterprise and carrier business revenues during the start of his stint as Chief Revenue Officer- Enterprise and Carrier Business, will now expand his expertise as he officially takes over the consumer arm. 

According to Chief Executive Officer Eric Alberto, Tamano’s experience in building and scaling new business segments and his in-depth expertise in regulatory and corporate governance positions him as the best person to lead the consumer team. Tamano’s appointment also highly aligns with the company’s strategic goals for 2025.

Before leading the enterprise and carrier business, Tamano also previously held positions at DITO as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief HR Officer, Corporate Secretary, and DITO’s official spokesperson.
