What is 5G Trade-in Program?

The WoWFi Lite (4G) to WoWFi Pro (5G) Migration Program allows eligible WoWFi Lite customers to upgrade to WoWFi Pro and enjoy an enhanced Home WiFi experience.

Why should I upgrade from WoWFi Lite (4G) to WoWFi Pro (5G)?

Upgrading to WoWFi Pro gives you access to DITO’s 5G network for a better Home WiFi experience.

What is the difference between WoWFi Lite (4G) and WoWFi Pro (5G)?

Both plans provide Home WiFi, but WoWFi Pro uses 5G technology, which can provide faster speeds and a better online experience.

Who can avail of the WoWFi Lite (4G) to WoWFi Pro (5G) Migration offer?

The offer is available to eligible existing WoWFi Lite customers who receive a migration offer from DITO.

If you’re eligible, you’ll be notified about the offer and given instructions on how to upgrade to WoWFi Pro.

Not all WoWFi Lite customers are eligible for the migration offer. Eligibility is based on DITO’s customer program.

Do I need to change my SIM when I upgrade to WoWFi Pro?

Yes. When you upgrade from WoWFi Lite (4G) to WoWFi Pro (5G), you’ll receive a new SIM that you’ll need to use with your WoWFi Pro device.

Please note:

• Any remaining data or load on your WoWFi Lite SIM cannot be transferred to your new WoWFi Pro SIM.
• As part of the migration offer, you’ll receive an additional 15 days of UNLI data on your WoWFi Pro. The starter kit will have a total of 30 days UNLI Data for this special migration offer.

Make sure to use your new WoWFi Pro SIM once your upgrade is completed so you can enjoy your additional 15 days of UNLI data.

Can I transfer my remaining WoWFi Lite data to my new WoWFi Pro SIM?

No. Any remaining data or load on your WoWFi Lite SIM cannot be transferred to your new WoWFi Pro SIM.

But don’t worry! As part of the migration offer, you’ll receive 30 days of UNLI data on your new WoWFi Pro SIM.

Do I need to change my device?

Yes. As part of the upgrade, your existing WoWFi Lite device will be replaced with a WoWFi Pro device.

The new WoWFi Pro device can connect to both 5G and 4G, giving you access to a faster and better Home WiFi experience.

Will my WoWFi Pro work in my area?

Yes! WoWFi Pro can connect to both 5G and 4G, so you can use it even if 5G is not yet available in your area.

• If 5G is available: Your WoWFi Pro can connect to the 5G network for a faster and better Home WiFi experience.
• If 5G is not available: Your WoWFi Pro can connect to the available 4G network, so you can still enjoy your Home WiFi service.

Your actual connection and speed may vary depending on your location, network coverage, signal strength, and other factors.

Will I get faster internet immediately after upgrading?

WoWFi Pro can provide speeds of up to 100 Mbps when conditions are suitable. However, your actual speed may vary depending on your location, network availability, signal strength, and the number of devices connected.

What happens to my WoWFi Lite modem after I upgrade?

Your existing WoWFi Lite device will be exchanged for a new WoWFi Pro device at a DITO Experience Store.

To avail of the upgrade offer, please visit a DITO Experience Store and bring the following items for handover to the store staff:

• WoWFi Lite device
• WoWFi Lite SIM
• Power adaptor

Please make sure you have all three items before visiting the store to complete your upgrade.

Can I keep my WoWFi Lite and still get the migration offer for WoWFi Pro?

No. The migration offer is specifically for eligible customers who switch from WoWFi Lite to WoWFi Pro.

If you want to keep your WoWFi Lite and get WoWFi Pro as an additional service, you may purchase WoWFi Pro separately at its regular price.

Is the WoWFi Lite (4G) to WoWFi Pro (5G) migration mandatory?

This is a special upgrade offer for eligible WoWFi Lite customers to experience 5G with WoWFi Pro. While the upgrade is not mandatory, we highly encourage you to take advantage of this offer to enjoy faster speeds and UNLI data in DITO covered areas.

Why is DITO encouraging customers to switch to 5G?

DITO is continuously improving its 5G network to provide customers with a better Home WiFi experience.

By switching to WoWFi Pro, you can take advantage of 5G where it’s available. If 5G is not available in your area, your WoWFi Pro can still connect to the available 4G network.

With WoWFi Pro, you can enjoy the benefits of 5G while still having 4G as an option when 5G isn’t available.
