PROMO MECHANICS

  1. Promo period: January 12 to February 28, 2026.
  2. New WoWFi Optima subscribers who applied via the DITO App during the promo period shall be
    automatically entitled to 100% MSF discounts (free month/s). No need to submit for any additional requirements.
  3. Schedule of discount: 12th and 24th month.
  4. Qualifiers:
    • Account must be current and active
    • Has fully paid previous months’ bill (1st to 11th and 13th to 23rd month)
    • No record of late payment
    • No overdue balance (no grace period after due date)
  5. Discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  6. The discount cannot be used as payment for any unpaid balance.
  7. If in case the subscriber has other existing DITO account (FWA, Mobile) that has overdue balance, we will still apply the
    discount so long as the account in concern is current and active.
  8. If the account gets permanently disconnected before the free month/s is/are availed, the discounts shall be forfeited.
  9. If the account voluntarily disconnects while it is enjoying the discount, any unused amount cannot be refunded.
  10. Cannot be availed in conjunction with other MSF discount promos, unless stipulated in the mechanics. Promo offers
    with free tangible items can be availed simultaneously (e.g. free umbrella, stickers, etc).

Frequently Asked Questions

I applied through another channel and only found out about this promolater. Can I still get the free month?

This promo is exclusive to selected channels only. Other channels offer their own special deals, so the free month can’t be applied.

Can I use the discount on another DITO account?

The discount can only be used on the same DITO account where the application was made.

Can I use the free month earlier if I ask for it?

The free month follows a set schedule and can be applied only:

  • on your 12th month, after paying months 1 to 11 in full, and
  • on your 24th month, after paying months 13 to 23 in full.

I applied online but finished my subscription through Blitz Kabit or house-to-house selling. Am I still eligible?

To qualify, the application must be completed through the DITO App. Subscriptions finalized through other channels aren’t included in this offer.

Can I request a refund if my account is permanently disconnected during the 24th month?

Refunds are available for cash overpayments only. Any free month already applied won’t be refundable.

I had a temporary disconnection before my 12th month. Will I still qualify for the 24th-month free month?

Yes! As long as your bills from months 13 to 23 are paid on time, you’ll still qualify.

How will I know if I’ve qualified for the free month?

You’ll be notified via SMS, and it will also appear on your Statement of Account (SOA)

Are existing DITO subscribers included in the free month promo?

This promo is for new subscribers only during the promo period. Existing subscribers already enjoyed discounts or freebies when they signed up.
