PROMO MECHANICS

  2. The FREE PHP 500 Supermarket/Hypermarket eGift Card is valid for 60 days upon receipt of the SMS notification containing the voucher code. The eGift Card can be redeemed at any participating SM Supermarket/Hypermarket branch nationwide.
  3. eGift cards are non-convertible to cash but are transferable.
  4. An SMS notification containing the eGift card (voucher) code will be sent to the subscriber's alternate mobile number used during application (for WoWFi Optima) and SIM Registration (for WoWFi Ultra) in the DITO App upon activation of service.
  5. Present the SMS with the voucher code to the store staff to claim the product.
  6. Keep the eGift card code safe; DITO is not responsible for misused codes.

  8. The eGift card code can only be used once.
  9. DITO Home WoWFi application requirements:
    • WoWFI OPTIMA Postpaid Plan
      • One valid Government-issued ID
      • One-month advance payment equivalent to the subscribed plan's
      • MSF (Monthly Service Fee) - this will be applied as payment for the first bill.
      • Other financial documents may be requested during credit validation.
    • For WoWFI Ultra, there are no documentary requirements as this is a prepaid service.

  1. For WoWFi Optima, the eGift card shall only be granted to those who pass the credit validation and are successfully installed. For WoWFi Ultra, the eGift card shall only be granted once successfully activated.
  2. Interested customers may apply by submitting their application forms and requirements to the DITO Experience Stores and selling booths, or by signing up via the DITO Website or DITO App.
  3. Failure to pay the Monthly Service Fee (MSF) in full and on-time shall result in suspension of service and will be reconnected only upon full payment.
  4. For the best experience, the service must be used within DITO's 5G areas. DITO's True 5G Network is a stand-alone 5G technology. The service shall only be used in the designated address in the subscriber's approved application, which has been duly verified by DITO staff or fulfillment partners to be within coverage range of the DITO True 5G Network.
  5. By availing of the promos, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, terms, and conditions. Subscriber also agrees not to use the promos for illicit or illegal means.
