The BIDA KA DITO THANKSGIVING RAFFLE is a raffle promo where DITO subscribers have a chance to win exciting prizes just by buying select DITO promos or app subscriptions through the DITO App or in any DITO Experience Stores nationwide!

The promo runs from July 25 to September 30, 2025. 

BIDA KA DITO THANKSGIVING RAFFLE PROMO is open to all DITO subscribers, including Mobile Prepaid, Mobile Postpaid, Home Prepaid, and Home Postpaid. To be eligible, the subscriber must receive an SMS or in-app notification about the raffle promo.

It’s easy! Just purchase any eligible DITO promo or app subscription during the promo period. You’ll earn free raffle entries based on your purchase. You can find these offers in the Just For You (JFY) section of the DITO App, or simply tap the JFY banner/icon to buy a promo.

Subscribers can also purchase select DITO promos directly from DITO Stores and earn raffle entries by clicking the banner in the Just For You section, which will redirect them to the raffle page. To access this, they must open or download the DITO App.

Good news! You can subscribe to multiple promos to earn more entries.

You earn 1 raffle entry for every P50 on a promo/app subscription
Example: DITO Level-Up Pack 299 = 5 raffle entries

Note: Only individual purchases worth at least P50 count. You can’t combine multiple smaller purchases to reach P50 for an entry.

Yes! You don’t need DITO Rewards Points to join. Just subscribe to any eligible DITO promos or app subscriptions, and you’ll earn raffle entries.

No. You must register in the DITO App to join and access the BIDA KA DITO THANKSGIVING RAFFLE.

Yes, you can! However, we strongly recommend using your DITO mobile number for a smoother experience. For DITO Home subscribers (Prepaid and Postpaid), you may use a DITO mobile number or another active contact number from a different network.

Yes! If you want more entries, you can convert your earned DITO Rewards Points into raffle entries through the raffle page.

Note: You can only convert points after purchasing a promo.

It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

• Tap Get More.
• Choose how many DITO Rewards Points you want to convert.1 DITO Rewards Point = 1 Raffle Entry.
• Tap Confirm when asked. A message will pop-up showing the conversion was successful!
• Once your points are converted, don’t forget to tap Submit Raffle Entries to official join the raffle.
• You’ll also get an SMS and in-app notification confirming the conversion.
• Your DITO Rewards Points will be automatically deducted, and you can check your converted points, remaining balance, and history anytime in the Rewards section of the DITO App.

You just need 1 DITO Reward Point for 1 raffle entry!

Yes! You can convert previously earned DITO Rewards Points anytime, and as many as you want (as long as you have enough balance). You can also join the raffle multiple times.

No. Only DITO Rewards Points can be converted into raffle entries.

You can check the deducted points, remaining balance, and history anytime in the Rewards section of the DITO App.

Here are the important dates you need to remember: 

• Raffle Period: The DITO Rewards Raffle Promo runs from July 11 to September 30, 2025.
• Cut-off Date: The cut-off for earning and submitting entries is on September 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM
• Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will be held on October 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the 11th Floor, DITO Telecommunity Corporation Office, in the presence of a DTI representative.

Each subscriber can only win once in the raffle. If a subscriber’s name is drawn more than once, they will be awarded only the prize with the higher value.

To qualify, all raffle entries must be submitted before the cut-off date and time (September 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM)

The winners will be notified through their registered mail, email, SMS or in-app notification. We will also announce the winners on official DITO Telecommunity social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). So be sure to follow us and stay tuned!

Once a winner is validated, they will receive an SMS containing the voucher code, which will serve as proof of eligibility to claim the prize. Winners will have up to 60 days from the receipt of the registered notice to claim their prize. The voucher code and complete terms and conditions can also be found in the My Vouchers section under Rewards in the DITO App.

All prize claiming and processing will be handled by DITO’s brand partners. Failure to respond within the claim period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and DITO Telecommunity reserves the right to award it to another winner with prior DTI approval.

To claim the prizes:
Motorcycle prize: A Motostrada representative will call you.
Staycation packages: A TKTQ Travels representative will coordinate the claim.
Okada Vouchers/Samsung TV/Epsion Printer: A DITO Rewards representative will reach out.

To claim your prize, be sure to bring the following:

• Original and photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs (any 2 of the following: Passport, Driver’s License, NBI Clearance, Alien Certification of Registration/ Immigrant Certificate of Registration, UMID/SSS Card, Professional Regulation Commission ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, Government Office and GOCC ID ie. AFP ID, HDMF ID)
• Original copy and screenshot of the congratulatory notification with the voucher code sent via SMS or found in the MY VOUCHERS section under DITO Rewards in the DITO App. Original copy of the registered mail notification from DITO Telecommunity.

If claiming through an authorized representative: Winner and authorized representative’s original and photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs (any 2 of the following: Passport, Driver’s License, NBI Clearance, Alien Certification of Registration/ Immigrant Certificate of Registration, UMID/SSS Card, Professional Regulation Commission ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, Government Office and GOCC ID ie. • Screenshot of the congratulatory notification with the voucher code sent via SMS or found in the MY VOUCHERS section under DITO Rewards in the DITO App.
• Original copy of the registered mail notification from DITO Telecommunity.
• Signed authorization letter from the winner.

Yes. Any taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000, as well as other related expenses, will be shouldered by the winner. 

Prizes are transferable, but not convertible to cash.

No. All employee of DITO Telecommunity, its ad agency, merchants, and other partners, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
