DITO REWARDS: HOLIDAY RAFFLE PROMO: PASKONG TODO-TODO  

1. Promo period: November 22, 2025 to January 31, 2026.  
2. DITO subscribers will receive a qualifying SMS or in-app notification about the raffle promo. For every purchase of select DITO Promos and App Subscriptions, subscribers will earn free raffle entries and become eligible to join the raffle. 
   
   To Purchase
   
   • Via the DITO App: Subscribers can purchase by clicking the JUST FOR YOU (JFY) banner or by selecting BUY DATA PROMOS or APP SUBSCRIPTION icons on the app homepage.  
   • Via DITO stores or Retailers: Subscribers can also purchase select DITO Promos directly from any DITO Store or retailer.
     
     2. Once a qualifying purchase is successfully made, the subscriber will receive a congratulatory notification confirming the number of free entry/entries earned. 
     
     Subscribers will then be prompted to register and submit their entries by clicking the raffle banner in the Just For You (JFY) section of the DITO App. To access this, they must have the DITO App opened or downloaded on their device. 
3. How to Join the Raffle:
   • Register for the Raffle
     Subscribers must register to join or view the raffle page and entries. To register:
     • Click the Register button.
     • Fill out the registration form with the following details:
       • Full Name
       • DITO Number
       • Email Address
       • Complete Home Address
         
   •  Tap Submit once the form is completed.
   • A confirmation prompt will appear asking if the subscriber wants to proceed with the profile submission.
   •  A message will appear confirming successful profile submission. The subscriber is now officially registered and can view or join the raffle.
   • Submit Raffle Entries
     • Once registered, subscribers can see the number of free raffle entries they’ve earned from promo purchases, along with the list of prizes.
     • Click the Submit Raffle Entries tab and adjust the number of entries you wish to submit.
     • Once done, click the SUBMIT button to finalize your entry  and qualify for the raffle.
     • A confirmation prompt will appear to verify the successful submission of the raffle entry.
     • Subscribers can also view the total number of submitted entries in the Raffle Details section.
       
       **In the Raffle Page, should the subscriber wish to submit more raffle entries, they can convert their earned DITO Rewards Points into raffle entries.​ (Note: Subscriber can only convert their DITO Points after purchasing a promo).
   • Converting Points into Raffle Entries:
     • Tap "Get More" button on the Raffle Page to convert their DITO Rewards Points into raffle entries.
     • Enter the number of DITO Rewards Points you want to convert. Conversion rate: 1 DITO Rewards Point = 1 Raffle Entry.
     • Converted points will be automatically deducted from the subscriber’s DITO Rewards Points balance.
     • Subscribers can convert previously earned DITO Rewards Points at any time and may convert as many points as they wish, depending on their available balance.
     • Once points are successfully converted, a prompt will appear on-screen. The prompt will automatically close, and the converted points will be deducted from the subscriber’s balance. The equivalent raffle entries will be displayed on the screen.
     • To officially join the raffle, tap the Submit Raffle Entries tab. A confirmation prompt will appear to verify successful raffle entry submission.
     • Subscribers will also receive both SMS and in-app notifications confirming the successful conversion.
     • Point deductions, remaining balance and history can be viewed in the Rewards section of the DITO App.
4. How to Earn Raffle Entries:
   
   Subscribers can earn raffle entries by purchasing eligible DITO promos during the promo period.  
   Every P50 worth of promo product = one (1) raffle entry ​
   Example: DITO Level-Up Pack 299 = 5 raffle entries

5. The deadline for submission of entries is on January 31, 2026, at 23:59:59.
6. The determination of winners will be held on February 3, 2026; 15:00:00 at the 11th Floor, DITO Telecommunity Corporation Office, in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. Raffle Prizes & Prize validity:
   
   

8. All applicable taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses related to the claiming or use of the prize, shall be shouldered by the winner/s.
9. The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, SMS/in-app notification. In addition, the names of the winners will be posted on DITO Telecommunity’s official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
11. A subscriber can only win once. If a subscriber’s name is drawn more than once, the winner will automatically receive the prize with a higher value.
12.  Winners may claim their prizes at TKTQ Travels office and BYD BGC Showroom/Office.
    
    Note: An SMS containing the voucher code will be sent to the winner and will serve as proof of eligibility to claim the prize. Subscribers can also view the code, along with the terms and conditions, on the My Vouchers page in the Rewards section of the DITO App. Processing, facilitation, and claiming details will be handled by the brand partner.
    
    
13. To claim the prizes, winners must present the following:
    
    • Winner’s original and photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs (any 2 of the following: Passport, Driver’s License, NBI Clearance, Alien Certification of Registration/ Immigrant Certificate of Registration, UMID/SSS Card, Professional Regulation Commission ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, Government Office and GOCC ID ie. AFP ID, HDMF ID)
    • Original and screenshot of the congratulatory notification containing the voucher code sent via SMS or available in the MY VOUCHERS page under the Rewards section of the DITO App. This will serve as proof of eligibility to claim the prize.
    • Original copy of the registered mail notification from DITO Telecommunity.
    
    If claiming through an authorized representative, present the following:
    • Winner and authorized representative’s original and photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs (any 2 of the following: Passport, Driver’s License, NBI Clearance, Alien Certification of Registration/ Immigrant Certificate of Registration, UMID/SSS Card, Professional Regulation Commission ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, Government Office and GOCC ID ie. AFP ID, HDMF ID)
    • Screenshot of the congratulatory notification containing the voucher code sent via SMS or available in the MY VOUCHERS page under the   Rewards section of the DITO App. This will serve as proof of eligibility to claim the prize.
    • Original copy of the registered mail notification from DITO Telecommunity.
    • Signed authorization letter from the winner
14. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the registered notice. Failure to claim within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of the prize in favor of DITO Telecommunity with prior approval from the DTI.
15.  All employees of DITO Telecommunity, its ad agency, merchants, etc. including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
16. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promo or discounts.
17. DITO Telecommunity reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to those who submit false or incorrect information, and/or those are deemed invalid or fraudulent.
18. Upon joining the raffle promo, the subscriber authorizes DITO Telecommunity to process personal information for the performance of the promotion. The subscriber agrees and acknowledges that he or she has completely read and understood the promo mechanics and attached terms and conditions. 19. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
