Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards: Galing DITO bags five awards

Just recently, DITO bagged five awards in this year’s Stevie Awards, the world's premier business awards, for its GalingDITO campaign, among others. DITO won two gold awards: Award for Innovation in General Information Websites and Most Innovative TikTok Channel, and three silvers: Award for Innovation in the Use of Social Media, Award for Innovation in Technology Management, Planning, & Implementation- Telecommunications Industries, and Award for Innovation in Social Media Marketing. Initially launched in 2022, GalingDITO returned this year to elevate Filipino excellence by bringing together emerging talents from diverse cultural backgrounds. This year’s campaign features Pinoy pop boy group ALAMAT and other local Filipino icons, showcasing their homegrown talent, or “Galing,” in a diverse range of artistic expressions and passions.


DITO Telecommunity, headed by its President and CEO, Eric Alberto, received the trophy for DITO as the Philippines’ Rated #1 Mobile Network.


Ookla Win: DITO is Rated #1 Mobile Network

On March 2024, DITO also received its most notable win yet as the “Rated # 1 Mobile Network in the Philippines” (Q3-Q4 2023) as awarded by Ookla, a global leader in network intelligence and connectivity insights.  This award not only reaffirmed DITO as an emerging force in the local telco landscape but also validated the trust and satisfaction of its millions of subscribers nationwide.  Amplifying this win further, DITO celebrated the milestone with the launch of “DITO SA PUSO KO” campaign unveiling the newest DITOzens to join the family- power couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera. This campaign celebrated the loyalty of its subscribers alongside DITO’s commitment to excellence, in customer satisfaction and digital innovations.


Jasper Evangelista, DITO Brand & Marketing Director and Bhrein Salazar, Customer Experience Director received the Digital Initiative of the Year and Mobile App of the Year award during the Asian Telecom Awards held in Singapore.

DITO's groundbreaking digital efforts won the "Digital Initiative of the Year" and "Mobile App of the Year" at the Asian Telecom Awards early this year.
