Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period: April 5 to December 31, 2023 (extended until February 15, 2024).  

2. Customers are qualified to receive free 100 DITO points (bonus points) only if these 2 requirements are met. 
   1. if the customers have submitted the complete application form and requirements within 24 hours from the time, they were contacted by Telesales 
   2. once the DITO Flash 5G wifi is activated
3. Promo is applicable to DITO Flash 5G Home WiFi subscribers/accounts only.
4. DITO Rewards points will only be credited once all the requirements have been met.
   
5. DITO Flash 5G Home WiFi subscribers will receive an SMS and in-app notifications to confirm that the bonus points have been credited.
6. 1 DITO rewards point is equivalent to P1.00.
7. DITO Rewards earned are valid for 12 months upon credit. Bonus points earned from purchase of the promos will expire every last day of the month. (Example: You earned 20 points on September 6, 2022. These points will expire on September 30, 2023.)

8. Earned DITO Rewards Points may be shared to active DITO subscribers. 

    

9. Subscribers can use points to redeem rewards via DITO Rewards Catalog in the DITO App.
10. Reward Points with shorter validity will be consumed first when a subscriber redeems a reward.
11. Promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services outside the loyalty program. 
12. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other promos except for the following
    1. Double Up DITO - Double points on double dates
    2. Celebrate DITO - Triple points on special occasions 
13. By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics, its terms, and conditions. The subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM and/or promo for illicit or illegal means.

15. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.
