  1. All DITO subscribers are eligible to enroll to DITO Auto Pay upon subscription to DITO Level-Up Packs via the DITO APP starting March 1, 2022.

  3. Upon enrollment, the DITO Level-Up Pack subscription will automatically renew via the DITO APP, 24 hours prior to the expiration date of their subscription (default). Customers may also choose to set auto-renewal upon reaching a 500MB data threshold. If the customer chooses both options, whichever option comes first will trigger the auto-renewal.

  4. Customers can change their DITO Auto Pay subscription until 48 hours prior to the renewal of their current promo subscription.

  5. DITO Auto Pay payments are automatically deducted from the customer’s load balance. If the customer has insufficient load balance, the subscription renewal will fail to process and the customer will be notified of the unsuccessful auto-renewal. DITO Auto Pay will resume once there is sufficient load balance in the customer’s account.

  6. DITO Auto Pay will be temporarily suspended if the customer has insufficient load balance upon the expiration of the previous subscription. The customer will have 30 days to top-up a sufficient amount to continue using DITO Auto Pay.

  7. Enrollment to DITO Auto Pay will be automatically cancelled if the customer has insufficient load balance 30 days after the expiration of their previous subscription.

  8. No lock-in period will be implemented for enrollments to DITO Auto Pay. Customers may unsubscribe to this service via the DITO APP until 48 hours prior to the renewal date of the subscription.

  9. Data from offers with DITO Auto Pay may be shared with another DITO subscriber via the data sharing feature in the DITO APP and myDITO for free with a minimum of 50MB per transaction and a maximum of 5 transactions per day.

  10. Customers can only have one (1) DITO Auto Pay subscription.

  11. Customers who are subscribed to an offer with DITO Auto Pay may subscribe to other regular DITO offers, and vice versa. Remaining consumable data and calls to other mobile networks shall stack with the inclusions of the new subscription and the auto-renewal date will be adjusted based on the subscription with the longest validity.

  12. Customers who are subscribed to an offer with DITO Auto Pay cannot subscribe to DITO offers with Advance Pay.

  13. Data consumption for customers who have multiple promo subscriptions with data allowances in separate data wallets will be based on the shortest validity

  14. Usage of data, calls, and texts may be monitored via the DITO APP and myDITO.

2. Make sure to activate your SIM card before January 7, 2024.

3. After the SIM card is activated, you'll receive an SMS notifying them that they'll get 200 Garena Shells, a 1-month Hayu subscription, and a Php50 eShop coupon within 24-48 hours.

When will the FLEXPlan promo via the DITO App and Web be credited to my account?

The offer will be credited within 24 - 48 working hours after SIM activation.

When is the expiration of the bonus products?

Once you activates your SIM card, the following rules and timeframes apply:

1. The Hayu subscription starts after activation, giving you access to Hayu for a month.

2. For the Garena voucher, once you activates your SIM card and redeems it, it remains valid for one year.

3. The eShop 50 coupon becomes usable for purchases within the eShop but expires one month from the SIM card activation date.

Is the offer shareable?

No, the offer is not shareable.

What happens if I don't claim the voucher?

Voucher is only valid during the promo period.

If a customer applies for the postpaid plan by December 31st, can they still get the offer?

If the customer applies for the plan right before the campaign ends and submits their application by December 31st, they can activate their services as late as January 7, 2024, and still get the offer. But if they apply from January 1st onwards, they won't be able to get the offer.

What should I do if I didn't get the offer after SIM activation?
