Promo Mechanics:

1.   How to avail the promo: 

a. For DITO E-shop, you may visit this website below using your mobile device: https://getsim.dito.ph/eshopmobile/v2/third/channel  
  • Purchase the DITO Level Up 99 SIM Bundle with EXTRA 30GB OF TIKTOK and ENTERTAINMENT DATA (1GB/day) for 30 days. Customers can pay using credit/debit cards and various e-wallets as indicated in the DITO E-Shop. Customers will be asked to input their name, email address, contact number and delivery address where the DITO packaged will be delivered, delivery is valid within the promo areas only.

b.   For DITO Experience Stores, you may visit DITO participating stores or call Hotline 185 using your DITO number for inquiries. 

c.    For Lazada, you may purchase via the DITO LazMall Account: 

  • Open Lazada and search for DITO in the Lazada Mall (DITO Telecommunity) account or DITO SIM. 
  • Click on DITO SIM product in DITO’s shop in Lazada Mall. 
  • Click “Buy Now” and then “Check Out.” 
  • The promo package shall be delivered to the customer via Lazada partner courier and may be subject to a delivery fee. Delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of Lazada and their partner couriers. 
  • If you are unable to receive your order or received a damaged SIM card, you may send an email to customerservice@dito.ph or send your concerns via DITO’s Facebook messenger or using the DITO App. You may also reach out to Lazada or its partner couriers pursuant to their terms and conditions.  

d.  For Shopee, you may purchase via the DITO Shopee Mall Account: 

  • Open Shopee and search for DITO in the Shopee Mall (DITO Telecommunity) account or DITO SIM 
  • Click on DITO SIM product in DITO’s shop in Shopee. 
  • Click “Buy Now” and then “Check Out.” 
  • The promo package shall be delivered to the customer via Shopee partner courier and may be subject to a delivery fee. Delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of Shopee and their partner couriers. 
  • If you are unable to receive your order or received a damaged SIM card, you may send an email to customerservice@dito.ph or send your concerns via DITO’s Facebook messenger or using the DITO App. You may also reach out to Shopee or its partner couriers pursuant to their terms and conditions. 
2.  How to activate the promo: 
  • Insert the DITO SIM in the pre-screened DITO compatible device or other DITO compatible devices. The DITO Level Up 99 SIM Bundle with EXTRA 30GB OF TIKTOK and ENTERTAINMENT DATA (1GB/day) for 30 days, 7-day Jungo Pinoy voucher, on-net call, and on-net text promo shall be automatically enabled upon activation of the SIM Card. To activate the SIM card, subscribers may turn on their data, attempt a call or send an SMS.  
  • Subscribers will receive confirmation via SMS for the activation of the SIM card, the Level-up promo, the confirmation for 1GB entertainment daily data and the 7-day Jungo Pinoy voucher. 
3.   Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. The promo must be availed and activated within 30 days from the date the DITO SIM was successfully purchased.  

4.   The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any unlimited promo offers, discount available and other exclusive promo offers.  

5.    The promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services of DITO.  

6.  By availing of the promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to the promo mechanics, its terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the SIM card. Subscriber also agrees not to use the SIM card and/or promo for illicit or illegal means.  

7.   Promo is available nationwide where DITO services are available. 

8.  For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the promo, information may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity. All decisions made by DITO Telecommunity pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of DTI.

Frequently asked questions

The DITO Level-Up 99 with SIM Bundle comes with a DITO SIM and 1GB daily data access to TikTok, YouTube, Jungo Pinoy, iQIYI or Vivamax, valid for 30 days. It also comes with a 7-day Jungo Pinoy digital subscription voucher.  

The promo runs from October 1- December 31, 2022

  • 7GB all-access data valid for 30 days  
  • Unlimited texts to all mobile networks for 30 days 
  • Unlimited DITO to DITO calls for 30 days 
  • 300 mins of calls to other networks

The DITO APP can be downloaded via the App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery. You can also click on the link that will be sent you in the Welcome SMS once you have activated your DITO SIM.

You can download these apps on the App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery. 

Your free 1GB daily access is valid for 30 days upon activation of your DITO SIM. The free 1GB for TikTok, YouTube, Jungo Pinoy, iQIYI or Vivamax refreshes daily or every 12MN of the following day. 

TikTok, YouTube, Jungo Pinoy, iQIYI or Vivamax usage will be charged to your free 1GB daily data access. Once your 1GB data access has been fully consumed, excess usage will be charged to the promo with the shortest validity period. 

 

You may call Hotline 185 using your DITO number to connect with one of our customer service representatives. You can also chat with us using the Live Chat feature in your DITO APP.  

You will receive one (1) Jungo Pinoy digital subscription voucher for every purchase. 

You can activate the voucher/s until January 16, 2023.
